Q: Is the ice part refrigerated ?
A: The machine can make ice, but it cannot freeze it. After the ice is ready, it must be put into the refrigerator in time to freeze, otherwise it will melt.
Q: Does this dispense cold and room temperature water? I see the cold button but not room-temp button.
