This machine is easy to use and operate. It makes good coffee and expresso. Are only dislike is that it is loud when turning and off. We enjoy and use multiple times everyday.

Perfect gift for a coffee enthusiast, you have good price. Nice options and the best, you got very nice cup of coffee with ease. There is a downside that the use of grounded coffee option not always work and you can do very light coffee with that. It is an awesome option that you can do two cups at the same time ! I love it and for me my everyday coffee is a must and with this machine I got what I need, I do not need the fancy 18 varieties or coffee presentation. Just expresso and Americano is more than enough. One thing you need to keep in mind that you will be cleaning that tray quite often and pouring water to the tank with almost the same frequency.

I really like it I had one prior to this and my main complaint with the old one was how often you had to run the water to clean it and that was manual. This one does it automatically every time it turns on. Yes it makes it take longer in the morning, but for longevity purposes it makes it very nice. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because I haven’t had it for more than a couple of months.

Purchased it almost 6 months ago, I can say I’m waiting the mornings to get my coffee. The aroma spreads to the whole house and it’s absolutely delicious!!! For me the only downside would be water filters, it needs to be constantly replaced, I know it’s for a better coffee quality, but it also depends on how busy you’d be

This bad boy right here has made me love getting up in the mornings! I love making myself lattes and shots of espresso. Super easy to set up and use. My only complaint could possibly be that it didn’t come with shot glasses or a steaming pitcher but $20 on Amazon can fix that.
