The bloom fits into any decor, gone are the days, where you spend hours..or days, trying to find the PERFECT lamp to go with the rest of your motif!! It fits your big table, little table, KITCHEN TABLE!! The colors, in my opinion, are likely why, the Philips company named their light products HUE!! Bloom changes your room into a sanctuary, brings that touch of SOFTNESS back into the ORDINARY!! Put it behind your window blinds, turns them from..the same as everybody else's..into your own unique mood of the day!! Yellows, blues, pinks, greens,purple, reds...I get to redocorate my room/rooms every day..a splash of tie-dye to a tired room, or enhance your television experience with a backdrop of a color you chose from one of your own photos!! Never a dull moment if you sync your music to pre-chosen color scene, or one you mixed up yourself, watch your lights dance in the room!! Mount it over/ under your favorite painting to add your own personal touch!! I love the bloom for brightening my mood..from it's size, to its ENDLESS color combos, room relaxation, party enhancer..even a disco ball!! Product of the year from HUE in my book!!

We use this and the LED strip lights for the entertainment center Perfect amount of light when watching and looks super cool!

I got this on sale, primarily for behind the TV lighting for my Hisense 65in 4K. It's controlled by Google Home 90% of the time and it's flawless!

The different Hue bulbs are great! Really link the strip and the multi colors and the way they sync to the Music!

Wasn’t to sure about adding ambient lighting in my home theater but I went headed and started with 2 blooms. I placed it in front of the room one on each side of the tv facing wall. Now 6 Lights later it gave it a new feel to that room. Every time I change the color, I feel like it a new media room. Great investment and the LEDs save you money in the long run.

I love the Hue lighting from Philips. I own 3 of these lamps and use them for accent lighting for my sunroom and living room. I also use the Hue flood lamps in my can lights in the living room. These will work without a Hue hub if you have a Amazon Echo + It will interface through the Smart Home Skill set. You can change the color and brightness with voice commands. It's Great!!!

We bought the light to add more light to our living room, which only had a 2-build ceiling fan. While the light does add a nice pop of color, it is not as bright as we had hoped. We moved it to our fireplace wall to add color as an accent and looks quite nice.

I use it under my TV usually for gaming or movies and even though I still haven't found the way to set it up to work along with the screen it's still very nice, I like playing with the color and giving it a new one every night! Perfect for the Hue collection

We have a nook above the fireplace and my wife wanted to redo it with a new design until I found this light and it changed the whole look and appeal of the area. It's nice to change colors when I want to.

Well the first one die on me after two days. I exchange it for a new,so far no problems. I perivous owe Philips Hue light great product. So I think it was just 1 in million That this one was a lemon.

I'm a huge fan of hue. And this was a great addition to my collection. Looks great for accent colors behind my tv pointed at my art hanging.

I think this has the richest most saturated colors of the Hue line. Nice compact unit great for bouncing light off of ceilings or walls.

These Phillips color ambiance "bloom " lights are really cool. My kiddos love them as they can be controlled to change with voice through alexa to numerous colors and are dimmable. They also have sunrise and sunset setting as well as various scene setting. I highly recommend these to anyone just for fun or for accenting the mood of a room.

This is a great product to use in conjunction with other Phillips hue products.

These lights are fantastic. And they only get better as you aquire more. And with the third party apps, wow. Sync to music, have a lava lamp, great fun for kids of all ages. Even set a perfect lighting scheme for watching TV. Set up timers. Set up notifications. This truely has endless possibilities! Down side, stupid expencive.

I've had a lot of fun with these bulbs in my house. I've found that I primarily use my Amazon Echo to control them now. I don't use the apps as much as I did when I first bought them. The only problem with the Amazon echo is that it cannot change the color. It can only turn them on and off and change the brightness. I've also started using the IFTT Apps to set conditions. It's pretty cool to have a lights change color when the weather is going to be bad, or when you get an email from a specific person. As more developers continue to write for it I'm sure the functions will get even better. I only wish they weren't so expensive. I'd replace every bulb in my house if they were cheaper

I use multiple Hue products in my house and this is my first bloom. I placed it behind my TV stand glowing on the wall behind. It adds such an affect that having no lighting behind the TV now seems less exciting. The control of color and multitude of connected apps make these fun to use around the home. The only part that is slightly deceiving is connecting the Hue Bloom with the TV to adjust colors and brightness with what you are watching. This actually requires third party apps that have to be paid for and I have yet to see one that is as smooth as I would have hoped. Regardless, it is a great accent piece and I am very happy with the purchase.
