Assuming you use a compatible Norelco model, this stuff is great. It does a great job cleaning, but I don't feel there is a great deal of lubrication. Lasts much longer than I thought it would as a bonus.

I like my Philips Norelco shavers. I have had two, with the previous one lasting me 10+ years. A simple battery pack replacement upgrade and it was golden - never once had a problem with the blades. However, I was interested in upgrading and I picked one of their high end shavers. I has the self-cleaning feature and I was able to use it once before the base unit was knocked over by a relative and all the cleaning fluid came out. Went to Best Buy and purchased a 2-pack and they work awesome right out of the box. Plug-and-play just like they should be. I love the clean smell too. I highly recommend if your shaver uses this type of cleaning cartridge.

Smartclean Refills keep my razor nice and clean and smells GREAT!!! If you have a Norelco razor you must buy this cleaner. WOW is all I can say.

This smartclean refills work great with my new Norelco 9700, it is an excellent product.

I'm really quite happy with Norelco's SmartClean system -- I have had other similar systems that took too long, were noisy, wouldn't advise leaving the razor in them overnight, and so on. Norelco's SmartClean system is quick, easy, quiet, and it works well. And Best Buy had the SmartClean refills at a very good price, so that's why I bought these there.

easy to change does a fine job at cleaning and lugricating

I've had a Norelco shaver for some time and it has been difficult to find replacement cleaner, glad Best Buy had the product I needed.

I buy these for my 9300 Norelco and whenever I put my shaver to wash it leaves the blades as if they were brand new.

I have an older version shaver and the cartridges allow you take top off so can pour liquid into older clean systems (1150x)

After reading reviews online from various sources, decided on this one. Glad I did!

This is a good shaver. Replacement part is needed and Best Buy had a good price.

If you have the cleaning/charging base that needs these, I found a better deal at Best Buy than I could find anywhere else. Norelco's system works very well, so I always keep a couple of these ready to go to keep my system running.
