Very nostalgic. Reminded me of when I was younger watching for the first time. Great value considering it comes with the original five movies, the Mark Wahlberg remake and the newer trilogy. Good boom for the buck. Packaging leaves alot to be desired. Lock closing the case will undoubtedly wear out quickly with use. Discs are secured in case if not a little tight. Worth mentioning that the inside plastic holding the discs is loose from the outside clamshell and can be removed completely from the case. Not sure if that's good or bad. Lol. Wish the packaging was better but all in all very worth it.

I’ve seen these movies numerous times over the years, but now I’m glad to finally own them. The Blu-ray’s look great and the last 3 look fantastic on 4K. Especially War for the Planet of Apes, definitely demo material.

I've enjoyed these movies as a kid and I appreciate them as an adult. Excellent picture quality. A great collection to add my movie library. Packaging could be sturdier, but overall worth it.

For any fan of POTA, this set is essential. All 9 films in one set & for a great price!

Wow! This movie collection has all the POTA movies on Blu-ray & with digital movies (Movies Anywhere). Sure, it has the good ones with the bad ones, but it's a complete set (without the TV series). You also can create a large poster with enclosed poster cards. I was able to redeem the digital movies without issue.

As stated many times before, this is a great collection of all of the Planet of the Apes movies. The packaging on the other hand, is severely lacking. I decided to spend some money and get 2 disc slimline DVD cases and just made my own cover art. 6 slimline cases fit well in the larger box. No fear of the large plastic case latch breaking or the weird disc holder falling out.

I love these movies more than anything. One problem. Ive ordered this previously from target. The case was damaged. Got refund bought from here. Case cracked at the opening latch. I must have terrible luck.

The movies are great love the look of the discs. However, this is a flimsy box that doesn’t stay together when you open it. The actual dvd case had the cds flying everywhere inside. The spine of the inner cod holder seemed broken or they just didn’t care to packed the collection well.

If you're an Ape fan on any level, this is a must have collection of filmmaking history! It includes every Planet of the Apes movie reaching all the way back to the first 5 primitive films, to the modern Spectacular ones. Films 1-5 shot in a generation when film and audio recording were less than pretty, films 1-5 don't really take advantage of the full features that the superior BluRay format provides for audio and video, however, it is nice to have them archived on a modern compatible up to date disc format and finally say goodbye to the ancient VHS and DVD. Movies 6-9 really step it up by leaps and bounds! Utilizing the modern features of a 4K BluRay disc. full 4K UHD with HDR and Dynamic DTS Surroundsound are a real treat to this last half of the set. The last film #9 includes a Dolby Atmos Mix that's truly a treat! I loved finding this collection with all the movies bundled in one Collectors edition! A treasured space on my shelf!

I recently purchased this bundle at less than $40, what a deal. I grew up on the original movies and became a fan of the remakes. The Tim Burton version may not be up to par, but is still nice to have. Beautiful, clean and clear picture and sound. I love the fact that the digital code was also included. If seen through the Movies Anywhere app, there are plenty of behind the scene extras to keep you entertained. Highly recommended, especially for the price. GO APE!

Probably a definitive collection for Planet of the Apes , compact packaging is great too, safely keeps all the discs stored. Includes extended cuts of 2 of the classics which is an awesome bonus! Highly recomended!

This is a great price and value for every film in the franchise. I’ve seen most, the OG two and the latter four. Best part is that it comes with digital versions of them all, and the latest three in physical form are in 4k. Least like bit is the latest three in digital aren’t 4k.

I have never seen any of the planet of the apes movies, but with this movie set I have been missing out. You have the older movies with its innovating costumes and landscapes to the modern movies with amazing cgi. If you are new to the series this is a must own.

Was looking at getting the newest 3 movies in 4k and stumbled across this box set. It has all 9 movies to this series in Blu-ray with the last 3 also in 4k. How can you beat that? They have the digital code included for MoviesAnywhere for all 9. What a fantastic deal.

Planet of the Apes comes highly recommended for its engaging story, filmmaking, and overall appeal to audiences of all ages. It’s a quality experience even as a basic digital copy, but fans will definitely want to pick up the Blu-ray version.

If you want to own the full (I hope) collection of Planet of the Apes movies in HD and even a few in 4K, this is the bundle to get. Oh, and it includes the digital versions, so you can watch the movies practically anywhere.

This is a beautiful set , it comes with all the original Movies , including the 3 newer ones which are available on Blu-ray & 4K Blu-ray format as well , I would definitely recommend this to any Planet of the Apes fan .
