Customer Ratings & Reviews

Opening these with my two sons made this one of those purchases that was about more than just the cards. We had a blast opening the packs together, and we got incredibly lucky! We pulled an Illustration Rare Fromantis, and then hit the Gen 3 starters from the promo pack. Watching my boys get excited as we opened each pack was easily my favorite part. The cards were a huge hit with both of them, and honestly, it was just a really fun experience getting to share something I enjoyed growing up with my kids. Definitely a purchase we’ll remember and now they’re already asking when we can open more! If only it were that simple to get another set of packs.

Best buy good prices, fair dispensary protocol (1 each). I actually appreciate them taking such a equitable stance while almost every other company is comfortable leveraging excitement for a card game to double profits. Maybe they are just living up to their name and it truly is the "Best Buy." As I am typing this, I am realizing this sounds like the corniest thing ever, look what you did to me best buy. I ripped this money opened and got mid cards like 95% of everyone else. I struggle with impulse control and do not keep them sealed. Keeping them sealed sounds very boring to me and you can get a better ROI on so many other investments. Live your life and open the packs and stop hoarding them for resell people, I am embarrassed for you.

I love being able to pickup Pokemon product at suggest retail price! Best Buy delivers yet again! I was way far in line and they had more than enough stock at the Appleton store to go around. I cannot find this product let alone at these prices anywhere! They are fair and allow for one item per sku. Check your local Best Buy’s!

Best price compared to Target and other retail locations

Personally I really like the first partner exclusive boxes. I dislike the amount of cards in the actual exclusive pack is only 3, but it's 3 IR cards that all look great in my opinion. Great to use as display cards for your favorite region or overall collection sets.

Buying from Best Buy is the best value for your packs. I appreciate Best Buy for doing this so much. This is $14.99 MSRP, whereas other retailers are doing $16.99-$19.99. Get it if you can!

I love ripping series 3 boxes; I use the promos for trade in card shows and I got my moneys worth from this one!

We got lucky and she got her Mudkip. Not only that but she also pulled two of the cards that she needed for her master set.

The employees at the store were very professional and helpful during this drop, I’d highly recommend this branch.

The wait in line was worth the pulls from this box. At true msrp you can't beat it!

Fantastic product! Finally pulled the greninja SIR I've been chasing for so long!

Always have a limit so we can all enjoy the hobby and best prices

The starter selection was one for me so this box was a good box :)!

The promo cars are amazing! My granddaughter loves them

Love the first partner promo packs. Not so much the other two packs.

Pokémon Series 3 is a fun and exciting collection for Pokémon fans. The series has a great variety of Pokémon, colorful designs, and interesting characters that make each item enjoyable to collect. I especially like the attention to detail and the excitement of discovering which Pokémon you’ll get. Overall, Pokémon Series 3 is a fun collection with plenty of variety, making it a great choice for both new collectors and longtime Pokémon fans.

FIRST ANF FOREMOST THE WAIT AREA FOR THIS PRODUCT WASVERY SPACIOUS,CLEAN AND UNBELIEVABLY ORGANIZED COMPARED TO OTHER PLACES, WITH THAT BEING SAID i WILL DEFINITELY BE VISITING MORE OFTEN FOR THESE TYPE OF FINDS AT BEST BUY. THERE WAS PLENTY OF PRODUCT AVAILABLE FOR THE CUSTOMERS, TIMING WAS PROMPT AND TO THE POINT.THE PRODUCT IT SELF WAS EXACTLY WHAT IWAS LOOKING FOR AND WAS ALSO GIVEN A VARIETY OF OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO ME INCASE I WAS INTERESTED IN ANYTHING ELSE.I AM ABLE TO SPEND QUALITY TIME WITH MY 13 YEAR OLD SON IN COLLECTING AND TRADING THIS PRODUCT WITH OTHER PEOPLE AND FRIENDS. IT GIVES ME A SENSE OF PLAYING THE FATHERLY ROLE THAT IS MISSING IN MY SONS LIFE. POKEMON FANS FROM EVERYWHERE THANKS TO THE AVAILABILITY.

The First Partner Illustration Collection Series 3 is a really cool product for anyone who enjoys collecting Pokémon cards and artwork. The illustrations are the highlight of the collection, and it’s a fun way to showcase some of the Pokémon from the series. I really like the presentation of the cards and the artwork throughout the collection. It feels more like a collectible display piece than just another Pokémon card product, which makes it stand out from standard booster products. Everything arrived sealed and in great condition. Overall, this is a great pickup for collectors, especially if you’re working on the First Partner Illustration Collection series.

Best Buy to the rescue again with strict limits, had only series 2 and 3. They only let you pick either or, so I was able to get series 3 after 4 stores leaving empty handed

It is currently so hard to find any Pokemon TCG product on the shelves and when you do, they are marked up. Best Buy is great and sells things at MSRP. Plus, since they put store limits on TCG items, it makes it easier to find and more people are able to get it. This specific product is great because you get a guaranteed set of starters with gorgeous artwork.
