Joey (believe that was the installer's name) was fantastic! Very professional. Perfectly hardwired and mounted a radar detector in my Porsche exactly as I had wanted. Was probably his last install of the day but still took the time needed to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Excellent service all around.

Installer did a great job. This is the second item I had done here and I'm very pleased with work done.

This was single handedly the worst retail experience I’ve ever had. I had to wait on the first person I spoke to who had to track down “Eli” the tech who would be working on my vehicle. When Eli finally decided to show up he didn’t acknowledge me in any way just proceeded to walk around the shop trying to look busy. About 5 minutes after that he hands me paperwork that he said I needed to fill out but the first person had already gotten me to do that and the filled out paperwork was sitting right in front of Eli but to be fair it was sitting next to his food so he may have been distracted by that. That in itself would warrant a bad review but after dropping it off about 15 minutes later I get a call saying that the hardwire connection isn’t included and they won’t be able to install the product. I told him that the email clear states hardwire power connection is included and that I wasn’t told to bring anything of my own or purchase anything else from them. Eli disagreed and told me that it has the be a glitch on the website and that I need to reach out to customer service to have them fix and have them figure out my issue. I called customer service and explained the issue and got transferred 4 times before getting someone who would attempt to help me. After explaining everything and having her pull up the website where it says “hardwire power connection included” I got customer service to agree with me but they said that they can’t do anything and they can’t even communicate with the stores because they want the store to figure out the issues on an individual level…so I was instructed to go back to the store and speak w Eli and have him or his manager figure it out. At that point I decided to cancel my Best Buy card and my plus membership because like I said in the beginning, I don’t think I’ve had worse than this.

Came in looking to get my radar detector installed, the person helping me was Nick, he did an amazing job, walking me through the process and finishing everything exactly how I wanted it. He was very helpful and explained everything for me thoroughly. If you come to this location make SURE to ask for Nick. 10/10 service.

I went back to Auto Equipment looking for a Garmin Drive Smart 65 GPS and Back Up Camera and Adian happened to be back there working the sales floor and walked me through ALL the Pros and Cons of each option of GPS units and Cameras. Adian Also Advised Me that since I had just purchased the Technical Support Package for our Laptops that ALL Auto audio Installation would be FREE. I purchased the Garmin DriveSmart 65 and BC30 Camera and made the appointment for Installation. I brought my 2002 Subaru Outback on a Saturday Afternoon and Adian took care of all the wiring, hiding the wiring and the installation of both units. This week I will be talking to him again about doing my registration because the procedure from Garmin and Garmin Express for the End User is Ridiculous and vendors like Best Buy should demand that be changed by Garmin. Adian Is GREAT.

I have had them do both of my cars. They did it in my 2023 718 Spyder and in 2023 Cayenne GTS. Done at the Mooresville store. Great service. Both under and hour. Will come back again if needed.

The BEST place to go for Radar detector and Dashcam installation. The people know how to install the item and its functions. Take less time for a clean and strong installation. The price is also very reasonable and over all they did a wonderful job. Keep it up Best Buy.

I needed to hot-wire the Radar Detector in my new car. I was tired of using the long cord crossing all my dashboard and plugged into the 12 V outlet in my console. So I made an appointment to have it installed the right way. The appointment was right on time. My installer asked me if I had any special request with the installation and he answered all my questions; then, he said the process was going to take about an hour. I went into the store to look at different electronics and appliances. 45 minutes after leaving my car my installer calls my cell phone and tells me my car is ready. It was a great installation; no more wires on sight, everything looked nice and well done. I turned-on the ignition and the Radar came on, everything operational. The installer asked if I had any questions regarding the operation of the equipment, which I didn't have because I used the same equipment for the past 3 years. Very professional, very well done, very quick, and me very happy. Thank you very much!

Installed wiring kit for my Garmin gps. Professional finish for an excellent price. I'm very satisfied with the work. I checked a local installer. He was too booked and asked me to come back in a few months. That together with the outrageous price he quoted tells me my job was too small for his time. Not so with BB

I mounted my escort below my rear view which works really well and this helps me mute any alarms without having to reach up to the buttons between the mount and the detector. Mount it low though and not on your steering column or upper dash for the lights are very bright at night and can't be dimmed.

I've now had multiple vehicles in to have alarms, Radar Detectors, Speakers, Decks etc installed. All of which have done a great job. I have installed stereo's myself and love to do it but Its hard to find the time. They have given me some of the best prices out there and have done a great Job.

I purchased this item from best buy and had them install it. It works great. You can elexa what you want and it immediately answers. The artists and album are unlimited, no matter how old. I highly recommend this item, and the fantastic work the installer did.

The team and install were great. Clean and a quick install. The team was careful with my car. This is my 3rd radar detector installed, i.e. third car. Thinking of going with a rear camera.

This is a valuable, unobtrusive asset to have. It's small, and the design is really cool. I used Total Tech to install it and Wes did a superb job. There is only one small cord going from my car's cigarette lighter to the glass windshield. U can connect to community support in your area. Customer service from Cobra has been very helpful and I highly recommend this simpler version that has an expanded reach.

Top notch work and fast service. They walked me through the process of using the device as well.

The agents that mounted my radar detector look young but did an AMAZING job so don’t let that stop you from using them. I have had them add several things to my car including remote start and will again in the future. They are amazing. I had them wire in remote start and radar detector and they both look factory installed.
