Stainless Steel

The pressure cooker is actually made out of stainless steel, which for duribility and quality of cooking resluts is far better than aluminum.

It was advertised as aluminum but is in fact stainless steel. I did some research and found the model number on other sites was stainless so took a chance. It is stainless. I have used it twice and it worked as I expected.

Great quality use several times a month, it looks brand new. Have been using for about 2 years. Very durable.
