I am so glad I purchased the Proform Machine!
This Proform 750R Rower really does give you a total body workout! It is really quiet, and I can use it even in the late evening without bothering the neighbors. I really like the iFit app, and it offers lots of choices for your workout. I use my iPad when using the rower and it makes the workout more challenging and interesting. This is my first rower, and I think that I made a great choice! I am very happy with this machine! I have no doubt this rower will help this sixty-six year old body stronger!

great machine
absoloutley love this! was easy to put together with 2 people. i did have to call to get my free 30 days but the lady was nice from ifit so there was no issues. wish it had the tablet holder but apparently i can purchase separately. works with or without subscription and not hard to follow directions to make it work.
