A: A full tank of water will diffuse the oil for approximately 5 hours
Q: I don’t see a button on the bottom of the machine to press it and open it.
A: There is a rectangular grey release button on the bottom of the front of the unit
Q: I bought this and can’t get it open to refill. How do you open it?
A: Sorry you had difficulty. Please press the button on the bottom of the unit and lift up the white cover of the unit . Once off the fill the reservoir with water.
