Stopped working after one week

Stopped working after just a few uses. I turned it on one day and walked away from my desk for a minute, and when I returned, it was off. I thought that maybe I had it on the setting where it auto shuts off after about 30 seconds, but I tried every setting and the device would not stay on for more than a few seconds. Disappointed as I did see a similar review and I guess I should have listened to them.
