It was on sale when I purchased it, that is the only pro it has. The cons are that you can't fit multiple size microphones, I guess that could be my fault for not double checking.

The mic sstand shafy screws into the base. The shaft is so thin that when they cut the threads inb the shaft, it significantly weakened the shaft. The threaded portion of the shaft broke off after a picking up the stand a few times, so there was no way to mount the shaft to the stand. DO NOT BUY,
