Great computer, not a single issue with it so far, besides battery life but that is to be expected with such a fast machine. With razer, you're paying a premium for a better screen, solid aluminum chassis, and brand recognition. Dealing with Razer support is up there with some of my worst experiences I have endured with customer services, so I would recommend getting an extended warranty with Best Buy. If you want a computer with comparable speed but less than half the price, consider the Rog Strix G18 with a 4080. The screen isn't OLED or Mini LED but it's just as fast and has solid build quality.

Died after 2 months. Geek squad couldn't fix it. Best Buy refunded using gift cards rather than crediting my Best Buy card. If I had it to do order I would have gone with the Razer warranty.
