I love the chair , not THE BEST but very good . The best thing about it , its very comfortable and it is medium soft IMO. I have Noblechair $700 real leather chair that is way more cool looking but to be honest it is not this comfortable . Not sure how long it will go without tearing down this sinthetic leather but if it last few years its worth it . The only thing that i don`t like about it is that the base is not tilting back . You can lay the back of the chair down but the bottom is not tilting like some chairs do . It looks rich even tho is not real leather so Im cool with it . I know some people say its expensive but to be honest $400 is nothing today . It is hard to buy gaming chair without seeing it in person so you have to go with the hunch and try it . That is the great thing about BestBuy , you can return it to the store if you don`t like it and that is what i love about it . So you can always get another without worrying of being stuck with product you don`t like . All in all , you get your money worth definitely .

Freaking amazing I bought this chair Christmas off 2022 it’s now Jan 2024 it looks just like I bought it and this chair is used everyday I purchased because I had a different gaming chair and the cushion at the bottom started to go and was painful to sit in a long time this new chair is worth more than the 317 I spent the style durability is unmatched my boyfriend uses this one and I just got a job working from home and will be buying one for myself

After 2 years and the chair is still in good shape. I recommend this if you have some back pain, this is the best for fixing that problem

Great quality gaming chair. Got this for my kid and he loves it. My son says its comfortable and you can raise and lower arm rests which makes it better for gaming. Also the reclining feature is awesome!

I have had this gaming chair for 2 years and still working great and good also as if it would broke I will definitely buy from Razer again :)

I love this chair! It’s so comfortable and can sit in it for hours even with a bad back! Looks cool too. Only gripe is that it’s my first gaming chair and it wouldn’t fit under my old desk so I had to go out and buy a new desk it would fit under. Other than that I love it!

This is a good quality chair and easy to put together. Comes in a huge box. Need to return though. The side walls of the seat cushions irritate me. Otherwise a comfortable chair.

Honestly they can take seveal gears and un needed features out and instead size it properly and make it a little bit comforable. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and a horrible back after 25 years doing inside sales and management. I thought to myself "self, you should get a nice, expensive chair." This chair is made of harder material than the Razor mouse that scrolls up 4x for every down 1x. Im pretty sure its stainless steal painted black. Also I have never in two years touched and of the gears because there is no point. The chair is made for a man roughly 8'39" and WIDE. h Holy cow wide. Like I used to park my car on it at night to save on storage and its almost too big for the garage. So now it goes outside and i park the boat and trailer on it, and the boat actually does enjoy one of the 74 angles it can be set at for novelty purposes...and for boats that like to have a comfortable chair. So thats ultimately why I gave it two stars. I actually tried burning it a couple times...but well...stainless steal.... But luckily there is a version 2 of this chair! Like so many television shows, season 1 was absolutely horrid, which means season 2 and 3 have to be great yeah? Ill take 7.

Was between a few other chairs but chose this one becuase of the price and the lumabr support and I was not disdapointed. Very easy to put together out of the box with simple instructions. Back support is my favortie part of the chair amd in second would be how the arm rests adjust. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

It's an alright chair. Not worth the price imo, I was looking into this line of chairs from razer because I have had back pains from my previous chair which was average gtracing chair. long story short. This chair did not help my pains at all if anything made it worse but I guess that's my fault for not getting the lumbar support version. 3d armrests are a cool feature. I also was a fan of the chair not being able to fully recline

Great ergonomic chair for WFH and gaming purposes. Lumbar support is amazing just missing a magnetic headrest.

Great chair! I use this for a few hours every day and have no complaints . Only downside is the cushions are a bit stiff which doesn’t bother me but have seen others complain about this. Super high quality materials from Razer and the green really pops on the black!
