First off, both the original game and the DLC Undead Nightmare are complete on cart, meaning no downloads required. This alone makes this copy worth it. On top of that, the port is excellent - gameplay, remastered graphics, cheat menu, etc. Playing in handheld mode and I’ve been thoroughly satisfied with the performance and visuals — crazy to be playing this huge game portably! Overall, this is absolutely worth buying and playing. Highly recommended!

Im so happy to have this on switch. Its such a great joy to have this in my collection. It plays and looks great! And so very glad it has everything on the cartridge. If anybody ever wonders where this gem of a series started. Look no further. Its a great game and should be played by any red dead player new or old. have fun with marston!

One of my all time favorite games. With all dlc included in one package. With some visual and performance upgrades as well as being portable, this is my definitive way to play!

This is a very good game. I’m surprised they made it look as good as they did on the Switch.

One of the best games of all time, finally on a Nintendo platform! Even though this is a couple of generations old, the fact that a game that looks this good and is this large, playing on the Switch, is amazing! I've always wanted to play this on the go and now i can! The only thing bad about this, as others have pointed out, is the price. It probably should have been a $39.99 game. Or even $29.99, since this isn't really a remaster. But i was fine paying the full price since it's one of my favorite games of all time. But i can see how some people wouldn't want to pay they much for a barebones port without online play. So it's all up to you. If you've never bought it before, it's a no brainer.

If you have played RDR then you know what you're getting yourself into. This game is great and has aged so well. It also looks great on the Switch. I love having the ability to play this game on the go too. If you're worried about how it might look or how it might run, don't worry at all. The Switch can actually handle this game really well. I was playing it from the Xbox 360 disk on my Series X recently and that version looks amazing and the Switch version of it looks nearly identical. If you haven't played this game yet, get it on Switch if you have one because you won't want to put it down. This is the best port we've gotten in a while for Switch.

I played this when it first came out on PS3 and Xbox 360. I had both systems, so I got it for both. Now I have it for the Switch, and the gameplay and graphics are outstanding. I am not your typical gamer. I am a "mature" womam who gets offers for AARP, that's all I am going to say about my age. I travel weekly for work and this was great to play during a long 16hr flight overseas. The game is fun, the graphics are clear and no glitches so far.

Fun!! I usually play “cute” games. Anything with a cat, I’m sold. Fell in love with the action in BOTW. Thought I’d try my shot in the Wild West. I’m enjoying the story line and the quests and can’t wait to see where this goes. Shooting and reloading are simple enough. Good for all level players. Plays great on the Switch.

It’s red dead redemption u can take anywhere. Runs good graphics look good. It’s a classic I played growing up. The game is completely on the cartridge Small first time update when u launch. Undead nightmare is a plus.

I love it , i never had the chnace to play this game as soon it came to the market , but now..., and even comes with the nightmare zombie version , quick shipment also from best buy

This game has always been a great one. I’m glad i can take it on the go with my Nintendo switch. The undead nightmare has always been fun to play

First... If the "Overall Rating" had a "SUPERB" option this game IS SUPERB!!! A brilliantly made epic Western video game! I am 52, and I grew up on classic Western-era movies. I have played tons of games all my life, And Red Dead blew my mind on its original release debut back on Xbox360 and PS3!! The game FEELS like you are in those days, The stories are Great! All with a GTA sandbox layout, Where you can choose to hunt wildlife or do a mission... YOUR CHOICE!!! There are only 2 problems here... 1. EXTREMELY Addictive gameplay, And 2. The Switch version is a little buggy. The bugs are not game-buster level, But I hope Rockstar does a patch! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Looks and runs great, one of the best ports I’ve played on Switch so far. Part of that is because the game’s visuals and gameplay have aged so well.

Though I have the PS3 copy I never got the DLC's and regretted it since now this copy gives me all of them and am very happy. The game runs great on the Switch and unlike L.A. Noire this game is entirely on the cartridge where you don't have to download 13GB to play the game. This is a definite must have for any Switch owner and even though it's still pricey I don't regret getting it as it's still an incredible to play to this day.

I was surprised how good this game looks on a switch oled. It also runs really well and in my opinion this is one of the best games ever made. Undead nightmare is also included and both games are on the cartridge so no downloads are required to play. I can’t recommend this game enough. Buy it

I’m not a huge video game person but I love this game. It has a fun story line with lots of different tasks and achievements to work on, there’s plenty save opportunities so you’re not roped in to playing forever between saves (which is helpful for my ADHD brain). As a horse person I also love the quality of graphics and how much more they worked on a realistic game than most others.

Love it, kind of like living in the old west. The free roam is pretty awesome and it almost looks real life when riding around.

Fun game. Looks good. Great port to switch transfer.
