Overall, a terrible experience

The watch arrived with scratches on the sides of the screen, which was already disappointing. On top of that, I couldn’t connect it to my phone, it kept resetting over and over again. Overall, a terrible experience. This is far from being “refurbished excellent” as stated in the listing.
