So easy to use. Steam prep happens pretty quick and I feel so good about my babies playing on the floor now. This thing picks up everything. Yes, if something has sat for a while on the floor for awhile it’s going to take several sweeps back & forth, but it’s better than me getting down there and scraping it up! I live with 2 long hair dogs, an accident prone 93 yr old & 2 frequently visiting grandchildren so this machine is used once or twice or three times a day. It’s still going strong
