very quiet very efficient top of the line in his class very powerful very easy to learn to work with superior to other vacuum robot very easy to hook up and connect. One of the best top of the line Robot I’ve ever owned and I’ve owned quite a few over 10 very very easy maintenance very unavailable, modern and stylish. It will bring out to beautiful aesthetics in any home once you purchase it you will not want another robot. Excellent quality very well. Made basically the supreme top of the line. Well worth the money and you definitely won’t regret it. It definitely lives up to the Roborock. brand name, Quailty and superior performance and very innovative. You will probably never have to mop or vacuum again by hand. I’m going to end up buying a second one. this unit is 2nd to none all you have to do is sit back and relax when you leave come home to a very beautiful spotless floor and carpet. The product is ahead of his time. Roborock is very high end and you can be assured of the quality and excellent technology. It’s going to make the other vacuum robot obsolete.

I purchased a Narwhal vacuum/mop for our home last year around this time for our new home because my major indoor job is keeping the floors clean. It was great until it received a fatal error. I was upset that it died but since I have the Total Protection with Best Buy I went to the store with my broken year old Narwhal to have it repaired/replaced. Best Buy no longer sold that model and the other models no longer were covered by the Protection Plans so they gave me a Gift Card for the original purchase price. So after long debate with the Interweb and watching a few YouTube videos I decided to upgrade a little bit since i knew overall i was now a fan of not cleaning the floors myself :D(I do vacuum any big items on the floor mainly grass or items that hitchhike inside on my GoldenDoodle). Roborock has been at least 3 times better than my old Narwhal. It vacuums much better with much less babysitting and cleaning of the robot since the Roborock does that for me. I clean the filter once a month or replace if needed(hasn’t been needed yet. Also bag still hasn’t needed a change). It Mops much better since it heats the water and has an on board tank so trips back to the base are needed less often. It has less waste and the waste it has is less nasty again since it heats the water solution and has a much better mop cleaning apparatus in the base station. I used to have to clean that quite a bit on the Narwhal unit. On the Roborock I have pulled it out to look at it but no cleaning has been required yet :D. The Navigation is way smarter. It’s fun to watch this unit get as close to everything as it possible can. It is soooo smart. It also dodges things that Narwhal would just bump into. It will still grab onto cords if i forget to move them prior to cleaning but it dodges everything else and perfectly within a mm or 2 cleans around whatever may be there(chair legs/ appliances). It actually cleans the shoe molding too which didn’t happen with Narwhal. I loved my Narwhal unit! But I’m glad it had a fatal software error. Roborock is sooo much better and Best Buy has been my hero twice in the past 3 months thanks to the My Best Buy Total program. They also helped me help my Mom get a replacement Washing Machine. I wasn’t sure if the program would be worth it but it has gotten me out of a few pickles already and I would say has paid for itself already. Thank you Best Buy!

This has got to be the best robot vacuum mopping thingy out there. I highly recommend if you can afford it it is a little pricey, but it's worth every penny. You can use the app it has multiple languages the vacuum itself can speak other languages thank God it has Chinese cuz my wife doesn't speak English. It also has a camera where you can control on your phone and navigate wherever you want to go so if you think there's an intruder in the house just wake up your vacuum and you can navigate through your living room or the first floor or wherever and you can also speak and listen, its like a portable ring camera that cleans floors.

I love it! It is quiet and thorough. She mapped my house in less than 5 minutes! She vacuums and mops with ease. I’m in love with her, 10 times better than my Roomba.

I’ll admit this is my first robot vacuum ever. Wow. Frankly im glad i didnt wait any longer. I have very long hair and we live with a golden retriever, ill admit, the first go around it did get tangled but we also hadnt vacuumed in several days. Hair piles up quick here. Once it got cleaned out, it continued as scheduled. On 80% charge it finished our whole house (1200 sqft) with 27%. The initial mapping was very good, a couple minor tweaks were needed. Highly recommend.

I never thought I’d say a robot vacuum made everyday life feel luxurious—but here we are. The Roborock Qrevo has quietly become the hero of my household, taking care of dirt, dust, and debris so I don’t have to. The multifunctional dock is nothing short of brilliant. It self‑empties the dustbin, self‑washes and dries mop pads, and even refills water—all with minimal effort from you. Maintenance has never been this simple. Guided by LiDAR navigation and PreciseSense mapping, the Qrevo avoids obstacles, maps in 2D/3D, and remembers multiple floors making its cleaning pattern worry‑free and thorough.

Decided to upgrade and add one that mops. Researched and Roborock consistently was #1. Truly astonished at how awful this thing was with all the positive reviews. Within 5 minutes of the first run it got stuck and just sat in one place running. Had to do a hard reset to get it to turn off. Within a few minutes of the second run it got stuck on a cord and just sat even after I removed the cord. I just left it bc i was done. Later it just magically started running again, and I “thought” vacuumed and mopped before docking itself with 20% battery left. It obviously never vacuumed several rooms and definitely never mopped. Day 2 I told it to vacuum only. Within a few minutes it was stuck under the coffee table. I’ve had 3 other robotic vacs and never had one get stuck there. Once again it half way vacuumed several rooms, and then couldn’t find its way back to the dock. I found it sitting in the middle of the hall and no where near the dock with the battery dead. I emptied the waste container manually which I then realized was very small compared to my other robotic vacs. As someone with pets this wasn’t going to hold much. No clue how it mops bc it never mopped. Just vacuuming about 1200 square ft nearly drained the battery. No way it would ever have enough battery to vacuum then mop. Returned it and bought a second Shark bc my old one was working well after 3 years. No clue if my Roborock was faulty or just trash but definitely not for me. The one positive is how quiet the thing was. I’ll definitely say I appreciated that!

I recently purchased the Qrevo Curv, which has been a game-changer for keeping my floors clean. It excels at both vacuuming and mopping, leaving my home spotless, and effectively navigates around furniture and other obstacles. However, there are a couple of minor drawbacks. The robot sometimes gets tangled in loose cords, requiring occasional intervention to free it. Additionally, when using the higher water setting for mopping, it tends to consume water quickly, necessitating frequent refills, especially in larger spaces or heavily soiled areas. Despite these minor issues, the robot remains a valuable and efficient addition to my daily cleaning routine.

Rosie (our nick name) is amazing and actually effective at both sweeping and mopping our hard wood floors. It’s hilarious to see it backing up and getting a running start to jump up on the area rug, auto switch, and go back to floors.

At first sight, this vacuum was a dream come true. Even if I had to fork over some extra dollars to make our lives that much easier. However, after months of use, sad to say, but the robot cannot detect when it is full. It keeps vacuuming with a full bin. This leads to dog hair being left at each entrance. Yes, I have two Siberian huskies and they shed year-round. It comes to a terrible disappointment after hours of going over reviews for this robot. The photo is from the robot was supposed to have finished and "emptied" after its job was done.

I purchased this unit on preorder directly from the Roborock store so I received the early bird discount along with a military discount plus received a Dyad Air wet dry vacuum. In my case it was $1260 delivered. This model is the best robot vacuum I've ever owned. It is the only one that I've had that can negotiate thick mats and pads without getting stuck. Its narrow enough to pass between the dining room chair legs and end table legs. The one piece dock makes things super easy and I like just lifting the lid to access the tanks and bag plus it doesn't move around like other bases I've had. The robot has never had an issue docking which is something I can't say about other models I've had. The 6400mah battery usually gets me somewhere around 110 minutes run time as the robot returns to dock when the charge drops to 14%. I have 15 rooms mapped so it usually completes 7 of them before recharging then returns to where it left off to complete the map. While using the first firmware update it managed to get stuck underneath my Secret Labs Titan XL chair base once. With the latest firmware 2.20.40 that hasn't recurred. One issue I see is that it still tries to go onto pedestals a little bit forcing me to set up a no go zone around them. I also wish that it came in black but that's a minor thing. Would I recommend this unit? Absolutely!

I’ve been using the Roborock Qrevo Curv for a little while now, and honestly, it’s been a game changer for keeping my floors clean. It looks sleek and modern, and setup was super easy — just connect it to Wi-Fi, run through the app setup, and it’s ready to go. The suction power on this thing is no joke. It picks up dust, hair, and crumbs like a champ, even from rugs and corners that my old vacuum always missed. The dual anti-tangle system really works too — I have pets, and I haven’t had to stop and untangle hair once. The mop feature is also surprisingly good; it actually leaves my tile floors looking shiny instead of streaky. I love how smart it is. It maps the whole house accurately, avoids obstacles, and goes back to charge itself when it’s done. The app makes it easy to schedule cleanings or set up no-go zones, and it’s been super reliable so far. Overall, the Qrevo Curv feels like one of those “set it and forget it” gadgets that actually delivers. My floors have never looked better, and it saves me a ton of time. Definitely worth it if you want a powerful, no-hassle robot vacuum and mop combo.

Almost perfect, cleaning is top notch, navigation is top tier, the only thing is their obstacle avoidance is very crappy compared to competition.. i wish i could merge this with an eufy on that realm and i would have the perfect vacuum. Very low noise and excellent coverage and battery.

I purchased this model to replace my roomba combo that I had been having issues with. I have been a roomba user for 10+ years and never thought I would change but the issues I had with this last model just sent me over the edge. I researched and decided to purchase the Roborock Quervo Curve and am very pleased. The setup was easy, and has been producing great cleaning and navigation. It is much quieter than my previous roombas and does not leave black marks on my baseboards, which I love. I did pay more but waited for a sale but think it is worth it since it works and works well.

This unit replaced my Irobot J7 which was a great unit for it's time. But this one exceeds it in every way. Better cleaning, better suction, way quicker and quieter.

This is our second Roborock and absolutely LOVE it. Goes under and behind like we normally wouldn't have time for. When used and maintained regularly it is an amazing help especially with two furred animals ;)

This robot vacuum has exceeded all expectations and brings new functionalities to the market and has perfected those new functionalities. After testing in a house with three Huskies, the anti-tangle system is perfection. The run time is absolutely incredible. The suction power is absolutely incredible. The mopping ability is absolutely incredible. The cleaning of the mops is incredible. The mapping of the house is incredible. The mobile app is perfection. This is the iPhone of robot vacuums.
