    Wrong case delivered. Support was no help.

    I ordered this case in clear and a a black case was delivered to me. I contacted support to get this solved and they provided no realistic solutions for me to replace or return this item. I don't have easy access to a Best Buy or UPS drop off location so it would cost me more to get rid of this than what I paid for it. Very frustrated with this purchase so I ended up buying a different one on Amazon which I should have done in the first place. Still trying to find a a way and time to return this. Very frustrated.
