The exact item I needed was not in stock but was easily ordered and I was notified within a week or so that it was there and I could come in to have it installed. I was unaware that there was an installation charge until I purchased the item, but I was informed at the time of purchase and chose to pay for it and the screen protector at the same time before I ordered it. When it did come in I took it into the store and had it installed which took about 15 minutes and I was back out the door. As held up surprisingly well with practically no scratches but it does show fingerprints a little more so than the bare glass does. A minor investment to prevent an expensive replacement!

The Screen Protector has allowed me double protection as when ordered it wasn't realized that the case had which I also ordered had a glass protector with it.
