To be honest, I purchased this last year so this is the 1 week after 1 year review... Functionality, overall very good, the rear mid burner is STRONG. great for quick boil and large pans. The wireless is of zero use, does not control anything on the stove at all. Big gripe... the knobs. A pain to clean around, too close together, should be something magnetic or easily removable AND most important, be made of metal, not just look as if they are. DO NOT PLACE A WARM POT ON TOP OF THESE KNOBS to get away from heat or make space. they MELT and they cost close to $100. each from Samsung. that's $500 for a set of 5 on a $1000. stove. Mine was out of warranty by 3 days and they would not even discuss it. So really, the biggest grip is Samsung themselves, they are not the easiest company to deal with though their products are overall quite good. Their support is severely lacking and their opportunistic extortion is unforgivable. Might not seem like an issue... stove knobs. Who knew! I'm sick about it and deciding whether to buy anything Samsung ever again. (which is a fair bit)

I installed this cooktop 3 years ago and everything works great but the knobs are very poor quality. Currently 3 of them are broken because the base of the screws are made of plastic. That's not the worst, there is no generic part on the market to replace this and each original Samsung part costs $150. It's crazy to pay almost the same price of the product for the knobs.

This cooktop is everything i expected it to be. It's beautiful and just the right size for all the cooking I do for my family of 5. I'm thankful that I was able to purchase it at a great price. Thank you Best Buy for the best prices and excellent quality of appliance!!

Looks great, and workss great . 5 burners to make cooking easy. All dials easy to read and multiple size burners on 2 of the choices. Only drawback is the top has to be spotless to look great and since its black you can see when you miss a spot

Heats up quick and cooks very evenly. Definitely a step up from what was installed when we moved in. Wifey said that it’s a little tough to clean around the knobs, but they are removable. Don’t bother trying to connect to the WiFi feature…not worth the trouble IMO.

Quality of cooktop is fantastic. Heats pans up quickly, maintains consistent heat throughout. A much needed upgrade from previous cooktop. 4 stars due to one little nit - I wish the two lower cook stations were spaced down lower on the unit. On the left, I can fit two pots, but cannot fit two medium sized frying pans. Not an enormous problem and doesn't impact me 98% of the time.

Bought the samsung cooktop for our new home. So far I have really enjoyed it. It heats up very quickly. Fairly easy to keep clean. I do worry about scratching the surface so I am extra careful when cooking. Otherwise this is a great product.

easy to install and works great. the large burner heats fast and is great for boiling water for pasta. I like the lighted nobs, easy to see if it is on. wireless works, but seems pointless. you can't use it to turn a burner on or off.

I bought it a month ago. So far I’m pleased with the performance. I had previously owned GE profile appliances and had problems with the dials & printed marks wipes off in spite of lite cleaning within a year. I hope this one will stay with the marks a little longer

After 4 years of have this it works but the knobs start breaking just by turning them and only works now

Get hot very quick and easy to clean. Good quality too

So far so good! I have only had it for a short time. Heats up fast. (Do not walk away until you have gotten us to how quickly it heats) My old Kenmore cooktop was OLD.

Overall a clean, sharp stovetop. I am starting to be not very impressed with their help center!!

Love the sleek design but hard to keep finger print free. Had to cut part of my underneath drawer and the bottom was a little deeper on the right side then my last stove top

Just exactly what I needed. The size is just right and it heats very quickly. It is very responsive to temperature control. It has a sleek modern look, is well made and was worth the wait. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Works much better than my old stovetop I now look forward to cooking on my new stovetop not to mention it looks great.

My only complaint is that this the knobs are so bulky when everything else is such a narrow profile.

I really like this cooktop. It’s sturdy and love the 5 burners. One of them is actually a warmer but I still love it. Food cooks pretty quickly.
