Customer Ratings & Reviews

I couldn’t be happier with my Samsung TV! The picture quality is absolutely breathtaking — colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and the clarity makes every movie or show feel cinematic. The detail in 4K content is next-level; it’s like seeing things for the first time again. The sound is surprisingly rich even without a soundbar, and the smart features are incredibly intuitive. Connecting to apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ is seamless, and the interface is smooth and fast — no lag or frustration. I also love the sleek, modern design. It looks beautiful in any room — thin bezels, clean lines, and a premium feel all around. Samsung clearly paid attention to both performance and aesthetics. If you’re on the fence, just go for it. This TV delivers everything you’d want — stunning visuals, great sound, and a user-friendly experience. Samsung continues to lead the way in home entertainment — truly worth every penny!

As someone who isn’t greatly knowledgeable about TVs, I was a bit overwhelmed when I walked in and didn’t know exactly what I wanted. After being greeted by a helpful employee, Kade, he gave me some time to look around and explore my options a bit - but this immediately caught my eye! A vibrant display, great sound, and truly upholds all the aspects of a “smart TV”. I have a 55’ that fits beautifully in my living room, and I am more than happy with my purchase!

This Samsung TV offers a crisp, sharp picture quality and is incredibly easy to set up. My daughter is thoroughly enjoying her first TV in her room, making it a fantastic addition to our home.

This product has a great picture which you can modify to your specific tastes. The motion in athletic events flows without disruption. Colors and Black Level are amazing. Many great apps included with more ro add. Take a look at their products. They are simply the best.

I have purchased multiple Samsung TV's. Probably at least 6. All of them have been good except for one where flies were able to get into the TV. Have no idea how...but they got behind the glass. They didn't all fall to the bottom as it was suggested they would. Beyond the fly issue, they have all been good TV's. And I purchased one again, even after the fly issue.

Great TV for the price. Easy set-up including with a soundbar. Perfect size not to overwhelm room. Say goodbye to that cable box.

Great picture and sound. Easy to add streaming app. There is a learning curve to master the AI features.

This was the best match to what was damaged in a storm. Great picture, ease of use is a 4 because it always boots to system menu instead of last input. Smart apps work well. Remote is usb recharge. We know that battery will be junk in a year. Wish it just took aaa. Overall solid tv for the last month.

Very high quality Samsung TV with great brightness and viewing angles. Compared to the panel I was using before, the Samsung Crystal UHD, this is a noticeable upgrade. For my use case, (a room with a lot of sunlight) the brighter display was immediately noticeable. I am very happy with my purchase.

The set has been working just fine for a few weeks now. We were glad everything carried over in terms of our apps and other setups, and no resubscribing or password entering were needed to pick up where our smaller Samsung unit left off. Keeping the same internet provider throughout the process does that. Installation provided through the Best Buy contractor was great.

When buying TVs for home or rental properties this is an excellent quality choice for the money. Color, contrast ratio, extra hdmi ports, and processing speeds for viewing are all excellent.

I’ve had this TV since May of this year. I’ve had no problems with this TV, has a wonderful picture. The pictures clear nice color. After it was set up I did not have to touch it at all. The only complaint I have is, I think I paid too much for it. This TV is a slightly on the upscale I guess.

This TV has a great picture. Setup was easy and there have not been any issues. Connected to WiFi without any problems and downloading apps was simple.

It has clear picture quality. I love how it fits perfectly in the corner of my wall.

Love it!. It produces just the right amount of image clarity for the light features of the room. It's set-up features actually help connecting my other devices for an optimum performance. And it is the best technology, size and price within my price range. Couldn't be happier.

Picture quality is amazing and i love this tv and now i want to buy qled for every room in the house.

The Samsung TV was better than advertised. The set up was easy and the quality of the TV is top notch. It has a crystal clear picture and excellent sound. The people at Best Buy were a great help in choosing this product.

My only real gripe is the remote and the toggle for the volume I accidentally hit mute often. One of the things I really enjoy are the messages like turning on your gaming system and it says game on. Are turning off the television and it has the old fashioned tube TV close.

Best TV I’ve ever owned, picture quality is crazy good, catching it on the Labor Day sale didn’t hurt either.

The picture quality is very good for the money. The operating system s where this TV falls short. It is extremely slow, and will literally have to load the simple menus like changing brightness for 20 seconds. I have it paired with an Apple tv 4k so its not such a bother but I couldnt imagine running on the built in OS.
