Great tv, and I use it daily. I didn't realize how much I’ve enjoyed this tv until i want on vacation and had to use a television that was not made by Samsung. All in all, I do recommend it. The ability to add photos is nice and it really does look a painting, capturing the texture and all.

Great way to add some decoration to your entry room. Initially, I did not intend to put a tv on my entry room because of people coming through in and out and the overall bulkiness that may reduce the overall spacious environment. This Samsung Frame was able to check those boxes off and increase the overall aesthetics of my entry room with a splash of gold. I mounted the tv on my stair case and hid all the wiring behind the dry wall in a very small storage space underneath my stair case. Guests often think it’s an actual picture frame. The remote control that comes with the frame isn’t the best, but you can use your phone as a controller, or use your own pictures as art through your phone. Currently the family photo is set to be in the frame. Overall, I enjoy this tv more for the aesthetics than the features itself.

The picture is great. The art is beautiful. They do have several free pieces, however, you do have to pay for a subscription to get access to other pieces of art. Supposedly you can upload your own photos. I tried from the app, but you have to pay for a subscription. It seems that you can possibly upload from a USB drive for free; I haven’t tried it yet so not sure if it works or how easy/difficult it is. I did not use the wall mount the TV came with as it is fixed. I bought another mount that sits flat, but will extend out and pivot from side to side. I’m glad I bought this since we mounted our TV above the fireplace and it’s nice to position down when watching TV.

Love this sleek look. Very easy to install. Very beautiful screen. Side note. Not impressed with the Bezel colored frame trim. Once on it makes it look more like a TV

I must have low expectations because this TV blew them out of the water. To be fair I've only ever owned really cheap TVs up until now so the leap was pretty significant but this TV is amazing. See below for why. First of all does it look like framed artwork? Yes. As you are walking into the room at first glance this looks like vibrant backlit art. If you keep looking then you start to uncover the secret but since I am trying to hide my TV in plain sight, this 100% delivers. I love that all of the cable management can be done separately from the TV itself. Really does wonders for aesthetics. Is the picture high quality? Obviously I'm not a gear junkie like everyone else because this TV to me is very nice looking. The nicest I've ever owned. I'm sure there are nicer out there, but this thing LOOKS LIKE A FRAMED PICTURE. You have to make some compromises for the TV to be as thin as it is. How does it mount? Honestly I didn't have any trouble mounting this to the wall. Found 2 studs, measured everything up, followed the instructions, got it right the first try. If you plan to take your time and do it right, you won't have any difficulty. Overall impression? This TV is NICE. I'm very pleased with it. I also bought the teak frame and it totally transforms this into "huh that does kinda look like art" to "WOW this TV actually looks like art!". It should come with them IMO but I can see people wanting to buy a specific color to match their space.

It’s beautiful! The screen quality is excellent—vivid colors and sharp images. The only things are that (1) the remote can be a little jumpy at times, and (2) the process to upload your own images is kind of annoying. The SmartThings app is cool for lots of things, but uploading images to your tv isn’t one of them. It would also be cool if the sounds for Ambient mode were continuous, rather than short loops. Overall, I’d still buy this tv again! I get tons of compliments.

Definitely a want and not a need but I love it. Install was pretty easy. It has a special cable that goes from the TV to the control box, so you need to run that through the wall unless you just want to hang down. It carries signal and powers the TV. All connectors go to the control box. Not a fan of the Samsung software but its fine and comes with all the streaming apps. Photo is from my old cellphone and they look great if you convert them to 16:9. TV will hibernate and has motion detection so when you walk into the room it will display a picture.

As others have said, you buy it for the art, not the tv. I like the picture setting on natural for everyday tv watching. Bought the lighter brown bezel frame for it and love the look. I added 37 recent vacation pics which was easily done with my samsung phone. I set it to change the picture every 3 minutes. I made sure I took lots of landscape pics so they would fit on the screen well. INSTALLATION: The install went OK, but I can see why people complain. The wallmount is one of the most over-engineered things I have ever seen. Some engineer spent a lot of time designing it. The nicest feature is being able to level it after it is on the wall. I used 2" desk grommets to hide the cable in the wall for a clean install. The menu on the tv is very busy. It would be nice to be able to simplify it. I like the smart menu and remote on my older samsung tv better. Overall, I am very pleased. If you consider what it would cost to buy multiple pieces of art and have it framed, this tv is a real bargain!

masterpiece in my living area, very beautiful i received many compliments with this tv, i set up as a picture gallery in my wall and they never knew it was a TV until I turned it on, the only downside it's pricey.

Great picture, plus looks wonderful on the the wall without having to stare at a big black screen! The art settings are fun and people have to look closely to see the mat isn’t real. The thinness of the tv itself lends it beautifully to the concept of art/ TV. Highly recommend,

We love our Frame TV. All of our guests comment on it and like it! Besides it not looking totally like a TV, it has airplay! Airplay allows you to project what's on your iphone onto the TV. I also like how it comes with Samusing TV Plus with a few channels including T2 Tennis TV.

Best decision ever! I hate how normal TVs, even when mounted, become the center of focus in a living room. The Frame blends beautifully with other works of art and it gives the space a more refined look. Will never buy another normal TV again. Now granted, at night the TV reflects more light than a normal painting but during the day it blends perfectly.

This Frame TV is beautiful! My Mother-in-Law has wanted one of these for over a year. This year I found it on sale for $999 (55”) and couldn’t pass it up. It fits her decor and doesn’t look out of place in her modern home. Picture is excellent! Sound is not bad it you plan to use without a sound bar. I always recommend a sound bar but for this installation the sound bar just does not fit the decor. Overall the TV is perfect for someone that wants a TV but doesn’t want to look at a TV when it’s not in use.

Love the tv. Wish the salesmen gave you more information regarding the installation of tv. The tv has a special wire that can not go behind the wall. Installers mentioned that majority of TVs were returned because of installation issues.

Love the frame TV. I have two now. The wife hates having TVs visible, especially in common areas. These look like pictures hanging above the fire place and the dresser in the master bedroom. No wires visible. We ran the power cord through a PVC pipe behind the wall. I will probably buy another one for the basement during the remodel next year.

Product is everything I hoped it would be. Easy install and easy set up! I ran my cable in the wall and to a power box giving it a true wireless look.

Beautiful tv. Samsung has the best ux I've interacted with. The split-bracket wall mount does an excellent job, however it is overly complicated and a nerve wracking pain in the neck to install. Ultimately, I love this display so much that I'm still giving it 5 stars.

The Frame TV is a stunner but very disappointed that the “0% gap” wasn’t able to be achieved by our Geek Squad Installation crew. Apparently the newer mount isn’t as flush as the old one, and out of caution (and potential damage to the TV) our installer left us with a sizeable gap between the frame and our wall.

I have been very pleased with my new Samsung Frame tv. The color and quality is excellent and easy to navigate. Shaquil from the Waldorf Maryland store was thorough and professional. He took his time measuring everything and installed my new tv perfectly.
