Great TV for the price. Seen reviews that say the speakers are not that great but they are plenty loud for me at a mid setting and I’m half deaf. Also read the quality is just “OK” compared to other higher priced QLED’s, but again, the picture is vibrant with nice deep colors. I guess you could pay more for even better speakers and video quality but you would have to be a video connoisseur to tell. All sports and video games are awesome looking. Mine is the 75 inch model but even so it’s super thin. Only had this for a few weeks so time will tell about its longevity. That’s always a concern with any big purchase. The menus and remote are easy to use with lots of nice features. Overall, I’m glad I paid more for this then a cheap Walmart TV and also didn’t go crazy on a $3,000.00 plus model. As long as it doesn’t die prematurely, this was a great choice for me. One more thing, anything they sell at Walmart they also have at Best Buy along with a much larger selection to choose from. They also have actual professional sales people who can educate you on the differences of models. Take advantage of them and their knowledge . It’s your hard earned money so don’t waste it.

I was waiting for this model to launched and then bought it as soon as I could in 75” screen size. It is sleek, perfect TV size for our living room, excellent colors and not to mention the thin yet good remote with no battery and works on solar power (house ceiling lights too). The disappointment came when we had a movie night and was watching movie with dark scenes, the screen become so cloudy that I got worried and asked Samsung if they have anything, they work with me and asked me to turned off some settings (which was not in this model) so they sent an expert he even said he finds the TV fine and it is my internet which is causing the problem. My internet is 400 Mbps and Router is nighthawk AC3200 with enhanced coverage. So I tried another movie using usb but it remains the same. Luckily BestBuy helped me as I was in return window so returned it and get a Sony X85J which is better as it is direct lit. I would recommend this to anyone who watches movies with more colored and bright settings but if you are looking for dark scenes movie with dark lighting don’t get this!

Excellent! It's super clear, it intergrates well with the internet, great details and color! Small thin black border insteas of the huge bulky border. Great tv!

2nd day, so far so good .. well packaged, good size , easy installation... picture quality is very good .. processor works pretty fast for downloading TV apps, no lag... sound personally not that good .. Remote is perfect, sleek and solar-powered

Loving our new tv. Picture is sharp and brightness and of course you can play with the settings to set how you like it. 4K and gaming is amazing. I have a PS5, Xbox series S and Nintendo switch and they all look amazing. Setup a sound bar to go with it (highly recommended) and your set.

We are so happy with the Samsung TV we recently purchased. 75” but not over the top. Great picture snd pairs well with Bose sound bar. Wonderful color and clarity. So glad we made this purchase for our new home.

I spent a lot of time going over different models and for the price I feel this was a great purchase. I read reviews knocking the sound levels but I disagree. We have this wall mounted so I don’t know if that makes a difference but the volume is fantastic. I rarely bring it over 25 and I have bad hearing. The PlayStation 5 looks and sounds great on this TV. I previously had a Sony smart TV and prefer Samsungs dashboard. I’ve owned this for about a month so I can’t speak of its longevity but know people who’ve owned Samsungs for many years.

Glad I made the right choice to purchase this TV! It exceeds my expectations! Currently thinking about purchasing another one for my basement! Thank you Best Buy Wheaton!

I absolutely love this TV. The unboxing was easy and effortless. The packaging was next level as is the rechargeable remote. The UI is fast and responsive. I would definitely recommend this TV. I do recommend a sound bar.

Excellent picture, looks like a picture it self on the wall!. Installers (Steve) did a fantastic job, programmed all smart TV & sound bar & woofer. Extremely satisfied with the product's.

So far, so good! Great picture. Easy to get going with Roku 4K version. Get an art program and then you have an art TV! That’s what we did. Loving it when we’re not watching TV. Get the Samsung sound bar they suggest to go with it; great sound! It sits on our fireplace. 101 year old house so no hanging! Loving it.

I absolutely love Samsung and all of my tvs and appliances are Samsung. I have had this tv for 1.5 years and have had support out here 4 times to fix a picture issue because white spots where showing up. They replaced the whole pannel and now months later the picture goes in and out of good quality with lines through it. I am very disappointed.
