Buyer beware!! Check before leaving the store!

Buyer beware!! I purchases this television, picked it up, went home to unbox the TV and noticed it was cracked when we plugged it in we noticed the TV screen was cracked! I immediately called the store and the response was. “You should have opened it up at the store and checked it before you left” WHAT?? keep in mind, you can not physically see a crack. You only notice this once plugged in and see that the pixels are damaged. The representative at Best but said “once you walk through the doors, it is yours.” And to top it off, the guy at the register sold me on the insurance which is totally worthless. It does not cover any damage to the TV. So I guess the learning experience with this is to open you tv and plug it in before you leave the store! Otherwise you will be out of $800+ with no chance we of a refund! The two photos show the tax when off, and once turned on. Be sure to Plug it in before leaving the store!!

This TV has a great picture and gives you great value for the price. Set up for the TV took a lot longer than I'd like to spend on set up but after that, smooth sailing
