It sits super flat agaisnt the wall. The snap frame goes on quite easily. The paintings look incredibly real. Get the deco frames from Samsung they look amazing and change the space. Wireless box is also great because I keep everything clean and inside the cabinet. No latency issue and runs on apple tv in the cabinet along with a reciever and ceiling speakers. I like the AI video setting because it keeps more dynamic like during the day and when its darker shifts more to cinema. Its fantastic for the bright room i have and i dont ever see glares. Best TV for this space and use case.

I love it! All you have to do is plug it in! You don’t NEED the box that comes with it. If you want to plug something in, like a laptop, normally done on the back of the tv, you now use the box to plug things in. You just plug in the box anywhere nearby and it’s wirelessly connected to the tv. Anyway. The artwork is so cool! I can now view famous artist’s work showcase it in my home and change the artwork whenever I want. It’s $50 a year for the subscription for unlimited art. The tv is so thin! The clarity is crazy! I can see every little thing: even wrinkles! It’s wild. I love it and cherish this tv.

Art mode is awesome! Graphics are incredible. Tv doesn’t kick off a lot of heat like others do. Also very low profile it’s practically flush to the wall. Sound quality isn’t great but just get a nice soundbar and you’re all set! Don’t forget surge protector outlet to go with tv. Much brighter than the original frame tv they came out with.

Well, I’m still waiting for the TV. I got one when I went to install it. The screen was broken. I’m still waiting supposedly Monday the fifth. They’re gonna bring me a new one. I hope I could enjoy it just as I bought the other one.

Tv image is great. The right amount of brightness. Very easy to use and mounts flawlessly when properly installed. The audio does need enhancement for a nice experience, but same applies to just about every other tv.

The Samsung 85" frame tv is outstanding, especially when coupled with the inexpensive art program from Samsung. The service from my local (Honolulu) was superb, with Cameron helping us from start to finish. Was a bit disappointed with online support, but Cameron made it all come together through great service support.

Thank you for sharing your experience with your Wireless One Connect. To ensure optimal performance, please keep the following in mind:
• The Wireless One Connect Box should be placed within 10m (~33 ft) of the TV with minimal obstructions.
• It can be stored in a recessed in-wall box or in a shelf or credenza below the TV, as long as the material isn’t too thick to block signals.
• Wireless performance may be affected by the surrounding environment and may not work properly if the box is enclosed or blocked by metal (e.g., inside a metal cabinet) or other physical barriers like walls.
If you're seeing a message that says "Wireless One Connect is disconnected" while watching content from an external source (such as a set-top box, game console, or antenna), this typically means the TV has lost its wireless connection to the Wireless One Connect Box.
To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:
1. Check that the Wireless One Connect Box is powered on. If it’s turned off, power it back on. Once powered, the TV should automatically reconnect when the signal is strong enough.
2. If the unit is powered on but still disconnected, you may need to adjust the alignment:
o Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Connections > Wireless One Connect > Wireless One Connect Status > Adjust
o Carefully adjust the Wireless One Connect Box’s position until the antenna icon turns blue, which indicates a strong signal and a successful connection.
If your TV doesn’t automatically reconnect to the Wireless One Connect after adjusting its position, you may need to manually pair the device:
1. Unpair the Wireless One Connect. Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Connections > Wireless One Connect > Wireless One Connect Status > Unpair
2. Enter Pairing Mode on the Wireless One Connect. Press and hold the PAIR button on the Wireless One Connect device for 3 seconds. You'll know it's in pairing mode when the LED indicator on the side begins blinking blue.
3. Re-establish the Connection. Go to: Settings > All Settings > Connections > Wireless One Connect > Set up Wireless One Connect, then follow the prompts to search for the device and reconnect it.
Also, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important connectivity enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
If the issue continues after these steps, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. LiveChat with an agent and additional support resources are also available on the Samsung website under the ‘Support’ section.

It took bestbuy two months to finally get this tv installed after several mishaps and plenty of miscommunication on bestbuys part. The unit that i bought in may has been installed for 3 weeks and has failed and is now scheduled to be replaced next week
