I like it. I have a love hate relationship with the customize-slide-a-shelf… needs an option to lock it because sometimes it slides to half a shelf when Im trying to put heavy/ semi-heavy items in the fridge. So if I have a bottle of corked wine… the half shelf is the only place it will fit but at the same time I will loose a WHOLE shelf for a bottle of corked wine if I store it. So Samsung has definitely pushed me to drink haha. No more glasses for me…. just take the bottle to the head haha. I like the idea the inventor is trying to pull off… not much room sometimes and creativity is a challenge. A pot of gumbo would be a no but a Tupperware container of gumbo… will work maybe depending on your size. Plenty of space for drinks. Limit of space for fruits and veggies. Unable to fit two heads of cabbage in crisper… but slice it and it works. Thanksgiving meal prep, definitely a challenge. I really had to change my way of thinking about the fridge because I like it and also the restocking fee was a no go for me. Family hub is a super nice feature…without it and I would have bit my lip and paid the restocking fee. Now that I have it… do i think the price is worth it. I do not. Do I feel fancy? I think I do. Overall, I am happy I purchased it. I would like it much better if it was $1k cheaper... But YOLO, get yourself a good set of knives ( so you can slice your veggies and some fancy Tupperware to go with your fancy fridge (because pots don’t go in the fridge right) and live your best life!

My refrigerator is a perfect fit! We are a family of seven and the organizational benefits the interactive touchscreen brings into our kitchen is practical but also very fun. Plus, this counter depth model is more aesthetically pleasing to my space without jeopardizing storage, and I love the middle drawer because it’s a perfect height for my toddlers to reach their favorite snacks. Even the double ice option is a nice feature to have. Don’t think twice about getting your own. You will enjoy it.

Likes: Very spacious. It’s about the same dimensions as my old fridge but is far more efficient with space. The crisper drawer is very useful, and the placement of the ice (small cube and large) is actually really well thought out in the freezer drawer. I much prefer scooping ice than using an ice dispenser. The family hub is a bit gimmicky but my wife use it to leave notes, drawings, and record messages to eachother which is kind of cool and nostalgic of the old days. The fridge also looks very sleek and matches our decor very well. Dislikes: the internal camera that syncs to the smart things app is kind of useless. It doesnt cover the entire fridge and can only see a handful of things in front. It would be nice to be able to see the entire inside to check on whats needed via the app at the grocery store. The family hub also should allow open access to apps via the play store.

I recently purchased this Samsung refrigerator for my first home, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly into my kitchen decor. The storage space is generous, allowing me to organize all my groceries with ease. I love the beverage station, having the pitcher is TOP TIER. I don't have to stand at the fridge for 5 minutes to fill my water bottle. The two types of ice CHEF's KISS! As a self-admitted ice chewer this was non-negotiable...I had to have a fridge with ice size options. After looking at the LG fridge which offered 4 types, the price point of the matte black steel option was almost double that of the Samsung fridge with smart hub, two ice types, and beverage station. Get this fridge, it's a no brainer.

This is probably the best refrigerator I have ever owned. Gone are the the days of the constant troubles with the Ice maker on the Samsung refrigerator. They have finally gotten it right with the two types of ice in a different part of the freezer. The BESPOKE Version of their fridges is top notch ans able to be updated with different color panels as you chenge the colors in your kitchen. That makes this a refrigerator that I will keep aroung for years to come.vThe family hub will serve your family well its great for leaving messages checking the weather and having Bixby find information for you. Dont wait buy this model you will not be disappointed.

Great modern refrigerator goes well with our modern looking kitchen. I like the feature when it needs filter change notifies you and with a click of a button you can order the filter. I also like the sleek door for the filter drinking water dispenser. I would’ve liked if the freezer had compartments Overall great product

This is by far the BEST fridge we've ever owned, and we've been homeowners for over 40 years, and have owned quite a few fridges. It has great storage capacity inside, and we love the Family Hub which lets you see inside your refrigerator, manage your family’s calendars, stream music, see who’s at the front door, and much more. It also features the Beverage Center with both a water dispenser and AutoFill Water Pitcher. Plus a Dual Ice Maker with cubed ice and Ice Bites. We chose the black front and it looks awesome!!

Great buy has everything I was looking for, lots of fridge and freezer space, ice machine with optional size ice, water pitcher and reservoir, which is great cause I can use the pitcher and give my pups fresh cold water any time!! Just love love my fridge!

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL APPLIANCE I HAVE EVER OWNED. The installation took less than 30 minutes. The ice makers are extremely quiet. I gave it 24 hours before adding items. The glass (of course) isn't fingerprint resistant. But the Bespoke panels which are black stainless steel have not held on to a single smudge. So far everything seems to be really user friendly. I just have to familiarize myself with the SmartThings app. SO FAR I am extremely satisfied. Will post updates as time goes on.

Great fridge. Delivery guys unmannered and have 0 communciation skills. They couldn't just confirm if we purchased the parts. This is how they left it. Wasn't a happy delivery after having to wait an extra month for the fridge itself. I'll review how it works in a few weeks.

I got mine and its an open box but Overall im really liking the feature and it fits perfectly in my kitchen, now just waiting cor the bottom panel but pretty sure its gonna look awesome

its a great fridge. we love it specially the screen. we can connect to internet and play youtube and we can also use to sing connect to speaker

I haven’t purchased a new refrigerator in over 20 years and I have researched high and low for the best refrigerator for my small kitchen space. I must say that I am very happy with my choice! So far so good! It’s like getting used to a new smartphone! But on time it will be lovely and smooth as butter! I’m looking forward to transitioning into having this appliance for a while! The only downside is that I am an iPhone owner and some of the apps are not available for me. But I have to say that it was long overdue for me! And I am very happy with my purchase! Not too big, not too small… Just right!!!

I am really excited about my purchase. It’s very modern look and a lot of technology involved. You can least en music and watch YouTube while you are cooking in the kitchen. It’s comfortable lay out inside.

Great buy! Love our new fridge. It was delivered within 3 days of purchase during the labor day sale. I read so many reviews about the fridge coming without panels but ours did have the panels included. I even purchased separate panels because of the reviews I read, but when I got it delivered, all the panels were included!! Not sure why others didn’t get the panels.
