This laptop is light and easy to carry. the keys are easy to type with. It is a great buy. The screen is clear and easy to read. The speed is excellent. I purchased 4 laptops and had to return them. This is an excellent buy. I would highly recommend it.

I have only had the laptop for 6 days, but it runs fast & has good battery life. The laptop is also very light weight. Best laptop I've owned thus far. I trust Samsung products as they are made to last.

Excellent daily driver for the price and the fact it doesn’t have a fan due to the snapdragon X, makes it super quiet and a lightweight.

The laptop is excellent—silent, fast, everything we need for basic desktop computing, managing home-based business and streaming the occasional movie. The sound quality is also great. The trackpad with its multitouch gestures feels very similar to a Mac (a good thing!) in its ease of use. I couldn’t ask for more.

Amazing laptop, I bought it openbox (excellent) for around $522.⁰⁰ which is a great price for the laptop though, it wasn't technically in excellent condition as it had a little cosmetic damage, (thus the 4 stars) even then its a great machine.

Great screen! I love that it ia compatible with all my Samsung devices. Easy to set up and updates automatically.

I’m extremely disappointed with this laptop. After a relatively short period of use, it started crashing with a HYPERVISOR_ERROR (0x20001) blue screen, making it unreliable for everyday work. I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps, but the problem keeps coming back. What makes this even worse is that I bought this laptop while I was in the United States, and I’ve since returned to Egypt. Because of that, I’m unable to return or exchange it through Best Buy, leaving me stuck with an expensive device that has a serious issue. I expected much better quality and reliability for the price. If you’re considering buying this laptop, be aware.

Not sure for others how this product was for them. Attached is an image...it has been stuck like this for about 20 minutes. And sadly I'm past the return period. I have other issues of having trouble turning it on and with the updates, sadly. Not for me but I do hope it has worked well for others!

I'm absolutely happy with my purchase! I got this to replace an HP laptop that was not holding battery power right out the box. But this laptop is so much lighter, quicker, and sturdy. I'm a student and I use it for documents, creating powerpoints, streaming video, and even light gaming. So far, I have no disappointments with this laptop. The only thing missing is a backlit keyboard, but what can we do. Other than that 100% recommend this.

Absolutely love this new laptop. Bought it to replace my 15 year old Samsung laptop that still works but it was starting to crack around the mousepad area. This one is super fast, very nice graphics and battery life is excellent. Only thing I wish it had was a backlit keyboard.
