Q: Can I use dual sim on this phone (Verizon & ATT)
A: No, you can not. It's is only a Verizon enabled phone which uses a different communicating platform than ATT.
A: I had a Verizon galaxy and the new one activated fine by following the setup wizard.
A: Yes it can. My understanding is that if you switch carriers and if the phone is unlocked, then they just put a new SIM card in it and you're good to go.
