So far so good, phone was in excellent condition when purchased and so far no problems with it. Works fine

I bought two phones one of them working fine other one no turn on battery not charging phone overheat when charge

I purchased this phone as a gift for my mother so we could stay connected. Unfortunately, my experience has been unsatisfactory. Yesterday, her phone suddenly stopped working after just one month from the original purchase. This was very concerning, as I was unable to contact her for an extended period of time.
