The phone works great, good pictures and video quality, processes fast. I was long over due for a new phone and couldn't pass up the sale Best Buy was having. It was worth the price on sale verses paying full price.

Renewed review: Great phone. Easy to set up. Barely any signs of wear. S22 ultra review: I upgraded from an S20 FE, so this was a big jump. I love the camera. There are a lot of settings so I'm still learning to use all the bells and whistles. I hardly use the stylus, but it's cool if you’re playing pictionary. Otherwise it runs pretty much the same as the 20 FE, although probably a little faster. The increased GB is nice.

The S22 Ultra is amazing. The condition of it and the camera quality is excellent. I have a normal s22 and wanted the ultra to compare and the Ultra is it for me....i would recommend to anyone.

The phone works absolutely perfect i like it , even the camera.

Wanted to upgrade my phone from a older model without paying too much. After reviews and research I settled on this. Maybe it was refurbished but it's slow as heck! Downloading required buffering to minutes on end, running apps took forever to update. Freezing was atypical. I'm so frustrated at this point, even updates and optimizing didn't work. I'm now looking to buy the Samsung Ultra26, which has a faster processing system.

I was think like may be its waste of money, but when i received my mobile its surprised me outlook good phone quality it's good also.

Exactly what I ordered! I love this model. This is actually a replacement for my previous one that I had. Only I had the 128GB and definitely glad I upgraded to the 256GB. LOVE IT

It looks better than I expected. I haven't tested it 100% because it's a Christmas gift for my son and it's wrapped, but I found it at a very affordable price, and the screen resolution, which was what I checked most carefully, is sharp.

Worked immediately after inserting sim card. No issues at all and in very good working condition.

To be fair I always buy from Best Buy because it’s my favorite place but this time i am Very disappointed with my experience buying an unlocked refurbished phone from Best Buy. The phone was advertised as unlocked and refurbished, but the condition and functionality were not what I expected. I had issues with the phone and felt that the quality did not match the description. For the price I paid, I expected a properly tested phone in good working condition. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to purchase refurbished phones from Best Buy again. I

Camera is crazy for this phone. Even if it is refurbished it has good battery backup . Only a minor dent on body

Great Phone - easy to use. Great buy for the money

We got the phone, had to immediately replace the sim card because it wasn't connecting to the network. Within the 2 weeks of owning it, it has happened two more times. The battery also lasts less than a day with even limited use.

I was nervous in the beginning of what to expect, not knowing how it would be but it turned out great, as far as I was concerned, it was like a brand new phone

I dropped the phone from a very low height, and the screen cracked immediately. Based on my experience, the screen does not feel like an original Samsung display. I suspect it may have been replaced before or is a low-quality aftermarket screen. The product was not as durable as expected and did not match the description. I would not recommend this seller.

I didn’t receive my phone, they didn’t refund the money either.
