Excellent quality, major upgrade from my Samsung A13

Unlocked Galaxy S23 is in great condition with only a little dust/dirt around the seams between the screen and body. There was no attempt at original packaging or providing a suitable charging cord and adapter (10W - the charging cord is the bigger issue) so expect to buy or provide your own good charger.

Pleased with the phone. Works well. Had one issue in the beginning of it making a warning noise when plugging it, prompting the message of the phone having moisture. It's fine now. Clear calls, clear screen, easy to navigate. Pleased, that it came with a charger and screen protector.

Just because the phone says refurbished & Excellent be advised the Galaxy S23 128GB (Unlocked) - Phantom Black has issues. When the phone arrived, I loved it until problems started to arise. Every day the phone was scheduling a system upgrade, and it was always the same exact thing. Then came safe & plane mode and I couldn't cancel either one.

Great price, great product and the process was easy.

The phone needs constant updates. I do the update then restart the phone and it requests the update again. I did not use the phone at all for it to have issues
