Phone was deliver on time no scratches and it even came with a charger with the wall block.

Bought this as a gift for my 72 year old mother, who "misses" the days of flip phones sometimes. It's nice you can control certain things from when it's flipped (like when she was walking listening to music) but still has a full size phone to read the news and surf the web. The screen is amazingly seamless as well. Zero complaints!

this came with visible damage on the screen, missing the hinge covers, and the main touchscreen became completely nonresponsive after less than 4 months. As for the actual performance as a phone, battery life isn't bad, but the cameras are terrible, but I can't give it any more than 1 star for being completely unreliable.

It is a Good phone. Have had no issues. Would Recommend

Bought this phone in laye August. Because I've been traveling, I haven't used it, never set it up until yesterday, when I looked at it as my Christmas present to my self. I charged it up, then started to set it up. For some reason it allowed me to start the set up, but then all of a sudden asked me to put in my four digit pin. I haven't even gotten to that point yet. Little did I know, the phone is locked. I was sold a locked phone when clearly I bought the phone that was supposed to open box, factory unlocked. I am very disappointed because Bestbuy has always been good. Not this time and this phone is not cheap.
