Best Buy sent me a pink camera instead of the phone I ordered. When I contacted customer service, rather than simply correcting the mistake and sending the item I actually purchased, they told me to call the police. This was especially surprising because I’ve generally had good experiences with Best Buy. In this case, however, the wrong item was clearly packed and shipped to me, and Best Buy refused to correct the issue, leaving me with no reasonable option other than to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Then, have buy the phone from someone else.

I've been usinf this Phone for about a month and a half now and it is great! I'm coming from a Fold 6 and in almost every way this phone is better. First thing I noticed was the size. It is significantly thinner than the 6 and fits into a pocket just fine. The front screen is also so much bigger. A big issue with the fold 6 for me was fat fingering the keys while typing. It genuinely is a much better phone. My only issue is the whole punch camera on the inside screen. It is very annoying while watching content on the inside screen. I don't know why they didn't put it in the corner like the Pixel. With all that black space while watching things I think it just makes more sense. That is my only big issue with the phone. Overall great but that one issue can be very annoying.

I've had the zfold3 since it came out. This is my upgrade and it was an excellent choice. Battery life on the folds is well maintained over my work day and personal life. Inner display quality is great for shows and YouTube. Highly recommended!

This product has been everything I thought it would be. The camera and options for the camera a top level for sure. Once I settled in to the new features, I became even more satisfied with the purchase.

This is my first foldable phone and its amazing to use. I had the Samsung S25 Ultra before that and battery life is great. When it fild nothing like it.

The Z Fold 8 Ultra is awesome!! Great for multi tasking, reading articles and watching videos, it's almost like having a tablet

This makes me love Samsung more and more. I don't think I can use any other products but Samsung

I’m was upgrading from Z5 fold. It’s a huge difference.

I was misinformed when purchasing the phone on pre-order that if returned I would receive all my $ back out side of the ridiculously predatory $45 restocking fee I agreed too on purchase. However Best Buy kept an additional $200 of my money and a completely perfect phone back. In exchange I get a $200 Best Buy gift card I do not want or have any use for. It was a promotional throw-in for buying the phone. I never even claimed the gift card. Now I am forced to spend my $200 at Best Buy. This company offers atrocious customer service and no good reason to ever shop there. Much better deals and service can be found elsewhere. They sell nothing you can't get elsewhere for cheaper and with better service and deals.
