I got this as a refurbished item, like new condition with out any issues. I love this classic look watch with leather wristband and large screen for me aged eyes. It tracks my daily moving activity, oxygen level, heart rate and sleep pattern to that makes me more alert for my health. The accident fall detection is a big plus. Highly recommended.

Definitely not refurbished. Was used for well over a year then returned. The battery does not last past one day. Face recharge ring has stuffing that can only happen from extended use, over a year at a minimum. Got the short end of the stick for trying to save a buck. Lesson learned.

Coming from a S3 to this, loving the upgrade. (battery was dying and I accidentally ruined both buttons on the watch during a botched battery swap). Works great. Battery life is amazing, lasts about 3 days total (though I tend to charge it nightly). It has decent sensors, tracking matches scale to 95% accuracy, which is fair for on the go. As far as activity, it tracks that really well, no complaints. The watch faces are phenomenal. It does everything I wanted it to do, it does it well and it was refurbished so like 75% off. Done and done.

Great watch, love that physical dial for navigation through the UI. Pretty Accurate with it's number for vitals, etc. Not the most powerful but enough powerfull to do most watch stuff.

I like to buy refurbished products from BestBuy, never had problems, this product was received at the same way, like new. My only negative comment is related to the package, it should be some close of the original in terms of function and form.

Received the watch and it was like new. There were no scratches, and it has been working great. Hoping it continues that way. I waited a bit after purchases to write a review. I haven't had any issues with it. This is an upgrade from my Watch 2, lol, but I do not expect the same lifespan since I bought that one brand new. If I can get a good 2 years out of it, it's a win.

Hesitant to pay full price after Samsung burned the S3 frontiers with the s24. Decided saving buuing referbiajed was a great optoon. Glad i sis. Wayxh looks brand new, and funcroons perfectly.

Love this watch! Except for slight clasp marks on the watch band that show someone wore it briefly, it looks and works like new. Unbeatable price for this watch. For those that complain that there is no original box or instructions, you don't need a box, and the user manual is readily available as a PDF on Samsung's website. If you don't like the band you get, there are plenty available at Best Buy & Amazon at minimal cost.

The watch is feature rich and is pretty handy most of the time, the speaker and mic sound decent, and its good at doing most of what i needed it to do. Its only issue is that its unbelievably slow and laggy

At first I was scared of the refurbished part due to I saw another customer get one that was banged up. The one I got was pretty much brand new no damage at all. Can't beat the price for an awesome watch.

Broke my gen4 samsung watch and needed a newer one. This watch is def an upgrade over the last one. Works like new without any scratches or blemishes. I will definitely recommed the refurbished if you are teying to save some money

Really love the watch. I think the Geek Squad is pretty bad though. Watch looks new, the electronics are great, and it came with what appears to be a new band and aftermarket charger. The only issue was the spinner, was filled with sand or dirt. was very difficult to move. I hit it with IPA a few times and spun it round to wash the gunk out of it. Now it functions as intended. This was a pretty easy fix. Come on Geeks, you truly live up to your name. At this price it was a bargain but expect to do a little work. You Geeks need to try harder.

Refurbished apparently does not mean like new condition. Mine came with a used Watch Band attached and an aftermarket charger. Love the Watch however so far.
