I've had the phone 4 months. The charging is no longer efficient (7 plus hours for a full charge) and can actually lose charge even while charging. It also cant hold a charge well even on powersaver mode. The build quality is lacking. It glitches and there are times when I can't use functions all together. It is a struggle to use Spotify and Google Map at the same time which was fine when I first got the phone and on my old phone. Not a good use of your money.

After the item was received, it was working up until 1.5 week of use. Screen went black, not charging. Just so happens my return date expired so not only is this the 3rd phone i purchased from bestbuy but the customer service to make it a easier fix or helpful has been horrible. Now my husband has to pay out of pocket for a different phone and we do not get assistance or a refund.

I needed a new phone because my toddler threw my old one and it could no longer be plugged in to charge. Three places wanted more than 80$ to repair the broken phone. I opted to put that money toward a "new" phone instead. I had several emails offering deals or promotions. This a14 64gb was an upgrade from my a01 dinosaur. About three weeks after I transferred all my photos, apps, messages etc. I started having problems with the touch screen. a few weeks later the problems got worse. After several month my touch screen is possessed and defiant on a daily basis, multiple times a day. If you're going to get a pre-owned phone do NOT hesitate or procrastinate. if it acts up, get support / help. Dont hope it goes away or stays ok "ish". big dissapointment... I at the very least share the blame. I did not want to pay for yet another phone and transfer everything and then try to return the failing device just to have to start all over or risk losing things in the process. Now I'm at the point where I am risking losing it anyway due to the screen only working part time...

Couldn't tell ya anything about the phone. It isn't compatible with our carrier and I am outside the refund/return time table according to Best Buy. So I'm stuck with a 200.00 phone. They are aware of the carrier issue but leave the customers unawares. And switching to a new carrier isn't an option.

Phone was good untill it just stopped working ... no power to it . No warning and it hasnt even been a year i had the phone .

The phone arrived ahead of schedule, but customer service gave me advance notice to pick up on schedule. The customer service as at he Coral Springs store is very satisfactory.

Things i wish it had: esim. My new a14 died a month after the 1 year warranty is up with an expanding battery. I used to have an iphone and my super old iphone still works, it is just SLOW (but it is like 7 years old). Since it only lasted a year, samsung is WAY more expensive than apple. Who wants to buy a new phone each year.
