Q: What does certified refurbished mean? Does the battery get replaced?
A: Not sure if Best Buy replaces Battery but I know Samsung.com does replace Battery on Refurbished Phones.
Q: what is the difference between a preowned and a refurbished phone ?
A: Same thing. It was first preowned, returned, and then refurbished, and finally, sold.

A: 90 days I believe I'd purchase an extended warranty I bought a Samsung Galaxy s10 plus and it just stopped working about 4 months after purchase

Works well so far,battery life is great too.
Never expected the phone to look this good.Excellent shape so far,battery wise is 100% and no issues since I receive it.Hope it stays that way and my daughter is happy for it.
