I needed an easy method to backup and transfer all of my data from a 2011 laptop to a new 2023 laptop. Since the new laptop (Asus GA402XV) had a MicroSD slot, I chose to try it out. Was able to purchase it on sale, plus I had a BB reward certificate to use or loose. Very cost effective with both of those savings. Purchased this Samsung 256gb and used the included adapter card to copy my data from the older laptop onto the card. That backup took about 2.5 hours for approximately 85gb of data, 60k files, 5.5k folders. Then inserted the microSD into the G14 to copy my files to the new laptop, that took much less time, but still longer than I expected. See CrystalDiskMark picture for the read/write speeds recorded on the G14. I now keep the MicroSD card in the G14 full time using it for weekly backup of my key files (I am not a “cloud” proponent for personal data). Time will tell how long it will last, but it does come with a 10 year limited warranty. For my intended purpose, this Samsung 256 MicroSD PRO Plus preforms just fine. One final comment, this MicroSD included a microSD to SD adapter. There is another package of the same MicroSD card, but it includes a microSD to USB-A adapter. In hindsight, I would have rather have that adapter since I already have many of the other SD adapters. .

I use this for my dslr and it works as it should. I’ve never had a corrupt file on it. It’s very fast and reliable.

I bought this card to use with a GoPro Hero 11 Black and the card works great. I needed the memory card in order to activate the GoPro for the very first time as well as for recording videos. This card was purchased at a great value and it works perfectly in the GoPro. I have only had it for about a week and used it a few times since I purchased it and not had any issues.

High speed and a must have for either a switch system or for your GoPro.

I was skeptical about the speed of this because it seems a lot of people were posting that this Micro SDXC wasn't up to the task. I needed a 256 GB card at a moment's notice so I took a gamble and bought this one. Boy, I'm glad I did! The speed is as advertised. I was using a "Kingston MobileLite Plus USB 3.2 SDHC/SDXC UHS-II Card Reader" on a generic USB 3.0 port on my Windows 10 PC. We're talking 157.7 read and 119.8 write. I just had to review this product after an unbelievable experience of it surviving the salty seawater of the pacific after several days. This SD card was in a drone that I though was lost forever, when a swell swallowed it during my recent vacation. Several days passed after it happened and I have given up on it. Until one morning while walking down the same stretch of beach, saw the drone sticking out of the sand. I ran an grabbed it, took it back to the villa we were staying in. My first though was to wash the whole thing with fresh water to get the sand and salty water out, but instead pulled this SD card out and rinsed it with isopropyl alcohol I was carrying as a hand disinfectant. The drone I knew was ruined for good anyway. What I was interested in, was the contents of the card before it went down. I inserted it in to my laptop after patting it dry with a paper towel, and crossed my fingers. After a couple seconds, boom! There it showed up, the computer was reading it. Clicked on the icon, and it revealed awesome videos and pics of the beach!!! Now going back to the quality of this product, I mean just look at it. Its like brand new! No corrosion from seawater, it was readable after 4 days under the pacific! I would highly recommend this product for a reasonable option compared to the more popular brand that starts with the same letter. I hope this review helps you decide on this product.

Works with GoPro in the highest picture setting, 5.3K 30p 10bit. Excellent and stable performance, never gave any error after being thrown around in a GoPro for months.

Great SD card for the oled nintendo switch. The system comes with 32gbs which fills ups with two games. With the SD card I have over 20 games and have so much storage left.

I was looking some sd card for mi go pro hero 7 black, it suppose that just work maximun with 128gb, but i try this one (256gb) and everything works good.
