Remote control missing, not in the box
Purchased 2 TVs, best buy somehow couldn’t deliver them. The 75 inches TV did not have a remote. The only person that was very helpful was Dan. After 10 days my problem has not been resolved. I gave up, and ended up ordering a new tv.
