This product works as advertised. Amazing on suede and microfiber fabric. Our couch looks brand new and we have a 3 and 4 year old boys. I would highly recommend buying.

Perfect for cleaning hard-to-reach spots like sofa corners, window edges, and floor corners. The unit is lightweight even when filled with water, and I’ve had no leaks so far regardless of the angle. Very easy and convenient to use

Solidly built, but not strong enough to clean the grout. I tried to return it at a bestbuy store, and they wouldn’t take it back. They said I had to ship it.

Produces erroneous amounts of steam. Extremely dangerous and I only know this because the instructions go into great detail about just how dangerous this item is. The company even warns against water droplets being on a side of it. Use at your own discretion.
