This is my first experience with a robot vacuum. The ratings on this where about 3.9 when I bought it. I decided to take a chance anyway due to the good discount. Overall, robot vacuums is has been a pleasant experience. This one is great for beginners. The app is very intuitive, and easy to learn and navigate. However I took off a star because it does miss spots in terms of obvious debris in the path of kitchen floor, and then tank is so small it constantly needs to be refilled to even work. So those two things will need to be improved if I will go with this brand again. But I do not know if this is a brand specific issue, or an issue, robot vacuum experience in general. I will do some research on my next purchase.

I'm giving this 4 stars because the value is incredible, but the mopping function definitely has some flaws. My unit doesn't seem to regulate water usage well. It leaks even when it's on the dock or not in mopping mode, so the pad stays constantly wet. The water tank also runs out quickly. I have to refill it two or three times just to mop the whole house. If you can overlook the mopping quirks, it's still a solid buy for the price.

I had a 2000 Roomba, and this new robot is so much better! The only issue was resolving the Samsung Android app. The screen size had to be adjusted to be fully viewable for setup. Support was very helpful in walking me through the modification.

I absolutely love this vacuum and mop combo! I’ve been using it for about three weeks now, and my house stays clean all the time. It vacuums and mops at the same time, which saves me so much time and effort. Honestly, it has been the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. I’m in love with it and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a clean home with less work!

This little guy saves you a ton of time, is super easy to set up, and vacuums and mops at the same time. The app lets you set "no-go zones" and carpet areas, which makes this robot even better. Set it and forget it!

This is the best thing that works clean my house. It cleans well in my kitchen floor and my living room. The carpet looks polished because of my shark. It looks aesthetic that suit my taste.

I bought this robot vacuum from beach as this is listed. One of the pins used to charge tge robot in the doc is broken and has been sence i took it out of the box. The tower/doc never get the dog hair or dirt out of the robot vacuum. You have to empty your self. Not sure why. Now the robot will not pick things up most of the time and we have lamanit floors no carpet. This is a bad refurb and not any wear near excellent condition. I have had mine less then a month and it is trash. Don’t waste your money

When my daughter open the sweeper it didn't have th3 base that was in the picture. After looking at the bottom of the sweeper it says Shark AI Ultra Robot 2 in 1 vac and mop. What a scam. I wouldn't buy anything from this seller.

I bought this vac as a refurbished product from best buy. To me "refurbished" means that the product was returned because it had issues shortly after being bought as a brand new $650.00 unit, the original buyer returned it either for a new one, or a refund. The returned unit was gone through, and anything defective was fixed, basically returning it to brand new condition, then resold as a refurbished unit. It worked great at first, and would run for 1-1.5 hours before returning to its dock for recharge, but aftter just 3 short months, the vac now goes complety dead within about 5 minutes after leaving its charging doc fully charged. My star ratings would all be solid 5 were it not for this issue.

Works well. The part where the robot connects to charge on the dock is broken but still works. For the price it is pretty good. The dock sounds like a shop vac it is very loud when emptying the robot. But it works well. The app also isn't as user friendly as some of the other robot vacuums we've gotten in the past.
