I am a long-time Sharp (brand) buyer when looking for a microwave. This one is the quietest I have ever owned, no matter what brand. Cooks very evenly - alsl the best I have ever owned for that feature.
I would recommend this to a friend

Fabulous microwave - loaded with features like my old kenmore elite that was over 20 yrs old - love the soften melt buttons so hard to find on current microwaves

Alexa feature discontinued on Alexa App!!!

Buyers beware!!! I own this exact model. The Alexa feature is no longer supported for this model on the Alexa app… making it non Wi-Fi. This model is at least four years old and HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. Beyond this issue, the microwave makes a ton of condensation between the glass (you can’t wipe it off). Don’t waste your money on this discontinued piece of junk.
