Sharp - 1.8 Cu. Ft. Full-Size Microwave - Stainless steel is very good so far. I can warm my food in big glass bowl. It looks nice in kitchen. Performance is very good as compared to other brand microwave. 1.8 cu. ft. is enough for us to cook food. We used to have 1.00 cu.ft in which I'm not able to keep my big dishes. But in this 1.8 cu ft I can keep it. digital keypad is excellent job selection. Door opener button is durable. Stainless steel outside looks awesome.

I've owned this model for seven or eight years. Full disclosure, I didn't buy it at Best Buy. I got mine from a middle aged Latina lady on offer up. As good a value as $10 can get you. The microwave is big and heavy. It's also very easy to keep clean. I think it will be good for 20 years. The main reason I'm writing this is to inform people about the two big issues that seem to come up with Sharp Carousel microwaves: One, the interior light will burn out faster than you expect. The oem replacement is around $20. Removing and installing the light requires two to four screws T15 Star Torque Bit (saftey bit) and prying off the bulb from the housing. Not a big deal but very common. And finally, the waveguide covers (the apple-cider colored cover that is fixed on the right iterior wall close ro the middle) don't tend to hold up. The magneto will burn a hole into it and will lead to the oven arcing, which is what you see of you put any kind of metel work. Wavecover covers are inexpensive, but not easy to find in stores. You may want to order a couple and put them up in a drawer for just in case.

We bought this while it was on sale and we weren't disappointed. It's huge! Easy to operate and easy to clean. Great features like defrost and sensor reheat!

Even though other reviews mention this is a "large" microwave, it is hard to visualize it until one has actually placed it on a kitchen counter. For smaller, galley-style apartment kitchens, it is likely to occupy the entire space between one side of a double-sink and the wall. Having said that, the larger size does make it easier to take things out of the microwave. I chose to purchase this microwave because it was a deal-of-the-day and at $99, it is a great deal. Other options are smaller and/or less powerful. I also chose it for its stainless steel finish. The top and sides are a nice brushed stainless steel. However, the entire front bezel/door show fingerprints much easier. Constantly cleaning is a must here. The microwave also has a small feature that may irritate some. Once it has finished cooking, it will periodically beep three times to remind the user that there is something inside. There is no way to turn this off. I have seen this feature in previous Whirlpool microwaves but not in Panasonic models. For some, this may be a nuisance. In summary, I found that the microwave met all my functionality needs. The size required me to change my kitchen layout slightly. The front surface requires constant cleaning. For its price versus features, it is a good purchase.

Nice power, Would have given it 5 stars if the interior light was brighter & if you could add 30 sec to the automatic minute settings. I am very happy with this.

1.8 Nice size for the counter. The only negative thing I have to say it shows all fingerprints on the front panel.

This micro works great for us. Lots of power. Hasn't blown my breaker like my last micro did on a regular basis. Just wish the interior light was brighter so I could see if anything is boiling over. Also the 30 second button isn't useable when the 1-6 minute buttons are used.

I purchased this after 2 GE purchases that went "wrong' at the one (1) year mark. This particular microwave has a beautiful look that matches perfectly with all my SS appliances. However, the best is all the features it has. Also, the size. Can put very large plates with room to spare. :) So glad I decided on this model which I purchased at "Deal of the Day"

This is an okay microwave. Inexpensive so probably worth it. When running the potato button though it overheats and shuts down.

Was looking for a new microwave in stainless steel and saw this one as the deal of the day so thought I would take a chance on it even some other websites had some bad reviews for this particular model. It looks great and so far is working very well. The only complaint is there is a periodic beep that occurs until you open the door after heating something up. Heats very well and is quieter than our old one which was a plus. Other than that, so far so good.

Am impressed with this microwave. 1.8 cubic feet makes it worth. No complains so far.

This microwave is nice looking and it's huge! It takes up a lot of counter space. It takes just a little longer to cook and heat up stuff than my old microwave with lower wattage. It blends in very nicely with my stainless steel appliances. Overall, I really like it.

This is just the perfect counter top size. I like the buttons for different settings of cooking.
