We had this installed as part of our Smart home Set Up, and I really liked it. Being able to adjust the lights from my phone is so convenient. It is nice to have more control over the brightness depending on time of day. Everything has worked smoothly since installed, and it integrate really well with the rest of our Smart home. I’d recommend if you’re looking to upgrade your lighting.

I used the Shelly Dimmer Gen4 to add remote dimming for my living room lights. It was extremely to install. Used a momentary rocker switch to add the local ability to turn it on/off and dim up and down. But I really use the Shelly app to set the light levels. Considering using the Shelly Wall Display to add even more capabilities to my home..

Shelly Dimmer Gen4 has been fantastic in my setup, especially when paired with the Shelly BLU Motion sensor. Using the Lux sensor to adjust brightness based on the amount of natural light in the room makes the lighting feel really smart and responsive throughout the day. It has made the space more comfortable while also helping avoid unnecessary full brightness when sunlight is already doing some of the work.
