Love them, better then the prev. version. Then noise canceling mike is alot better, wife likes them alot better because very little background noise

I love these headset. It was bought for my birthday anf i use it every day. I highly recommend these for everyday use and especially for phone calls. They are clear and have better sound.

Not so great sound quality at times it low with certain callers, than it may be to loud with another call and cause it to sound like a busted speaker. On a good note the microphone quality seems to be superb no complaints on that. Overall, someone using these in a noise free environment will love them.

I bought the Shokz OpenComm2 Bone Conduction Bluetooth Headset (2025 Upgrade) at Best Buy because I needed a headset that works well for calls but still lets me hear what’s going on around me. After using it for work calls and everyday tasks, it solved that problem better than traditional earbuds. Pros The bone conduction design is the biggest feature. Instead of covering your ears, the headset rests on your cheekbones and sends sound through vibration. This means you can still hear people talking or traffic around you. The noise-canceling boom microphone is another strong point. My voice comes through clearly on calls, even in a room with background noise. Battery life is also solid. I get a full day of use without worrying about charging. The headset is lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for long meetings without ear fatigue. Cons Sound quality is good for calls and podcasts, but it’s not meant for deep bass or music listening. If you want immersive audio, traditional headphones will still sound better. Final Recommendation If you spend a lot of time on calls and want to stay aware of your surroundings, this headset works very well. It’s comfortable, reliable, and practical for daily use.

No promos or incentives in this review; I've been using this brand since 2020. The Shokz OpenComm2 is a fantastic upgrade for staying connected while on the move. The bone conduction technology is a lifesaver, allowing me to stay aware of my surroundings—whether I'm at the office or out by the water—without sacrificing audio quality. The boom mic makes for professional-grade calls, ensuring I'm heard clearly even in busy environments. It’s lightweight, comfortable for all-day wear, and a total must-have for a streamlined workflow. Pros: Great case that comes with the devices; works with MS Teams, zoom most applications and with the write background they are generally invisilbe. Noise Cancellation super effective. Cons: Shokz doesn't really offer out of warranty services or repairs. Had a few sets that went out of warranty and had to buy new.

This product came highly recommended after searching for months for the right tool for the job. I’m getting to the point of ear irritation with something inside my ear. I use it for phone calls,… all day. Works great. High call quality. I’ve purchased a few other this past year and this one is the best. Battery life seems pretty great so far and it’s also pretty durable. Works well with a laptop. Highly recommend.

Great sound quality and during calls I’m told it is crystal clear. I wear it all day long and is comfortable while still being able to communicate with others around me. Battery life is very good only charge it once a week.

This is a great product. Shokz is the best brand in bone conduction. Long battery life, light, and comfortable. I teach online, and this is the best product so far.

I only mainly use this bone vonduction gead set during driving semi truck. So far i had this headset for a month and i got no complaints. I also carry set of ear plug just in case if i am in a very noisy environment but so far did not needed it. I also had first gen and i think it is worth upgrading, mic is on right side which means it is inside cab not never window and i guess i pick less noise. Battery at the end of the end is still like 50% which im really surprised i talk on the phone mostly all day. I will try my best to keep this review updates in the future

I love this headset. It's not going to compete on audio quality with dedicated over-the-ear headphones (on in-ear buds), but that's not its purpose. The open-ear design is for maintaining situational awareness and is the antithesis of noise-cancelling. You hear everything going on around you. That's the point. I can listen to my music while doing my work without bothering anyone around me, pause to take a conference call, and still hear if my boss approaches. The battery seems to last a full day without issue, and they are comfortable enough for extended wear.

Crystal clear , lightweight, firget that they are on, only complaint is battery life is a bit short.

Outstanding Unit! I wear them nearly constantly. They are very comfortable and quite adjustable to get the correct fit on your head. I wear them on my motorcycle and they seem to maintain good audio at highway speeds until well in excess, when the windspeed drowns them out. I would buy another pair and I highly recommend them. People say they are easily heard on their phones, so the mic works well also. Great Buy!

The headphones work very well. They fit easily and the tone is very good.

I’m a technician and cover a large area, it is essential that I have communication all day with customers or tech support. I can wear this all day with no problems with hurting my ears or being inside my ears which I can’t stand. Shokz is a game changer!
