Awesome ergonomic chair. Easy to put together. Like the height option. The adjustable arms are amazing and make me more level with my desk surface. I'm 5'9" so I needed it to be at least 21in away from the floor. It goes to 22in. The arms are about 9-10in above the seat so I don't have as much shoulder scrunching. The neck rest is a bit of a learning curve but I think I've warmed up to it. You don't have to put it on if you don't like it. I would imagine it can be removed if needed. The lumbar support for lower back is pretty solid. This literally fixed multiple issues I had to go to physical therapy for. I'm by no means saying this chair is medically qualified for anything but I appreciate no back or should pain or hip issues and stiffness and my butt has not fallen asleep since I bought this chair. It's awesome!

Worst product received with worst delivery to get the products. Screws were not even provided to assemble the chair. Ordered a fresh chari but received a used one

This is a comfortable chair to work in all day. so far it is sturdy. can't beat it for the price.
