Solved so many issues for me
Awesome ergonomic chair. Easy to put together. Like the height option. The adjustable arms are amazing and make me more level with my desk surface. I'm 5'9" so I needed it to be at least 21in away from the floor. It goes to 22in. The arms are about 9-10in above the seat so I don't have as much shoulder scrunching. The neck rest is a bit of a learning curve but I think I've warmed up to it. You don't have to put it on if you don't like it. I would imagine it can be removed if needed. The lumbar support for lower back is pretty solid. This literally fixed multiple issues I had to go to physical therapy for. I'm by no means saying this chair is medically qualified for anything but I appreciate no back or should pain or hip issues and stiffness and my butt has not fallen asleep since I bought this chair. It's awesome!
