Gift for the grandparents. It is easy to use except there is no sleep timer as advertised. So it just stays on all the time unless you turn it off manually. All instructions about the sleep timer able to be found on internet do not work for this model. Only comes with a quick start guide. Also the app is annoying. You can’t really sort pictures or view them to pick because they’re little thumbnails.

We bought this for my elderly mother-in-law and she has difficulty turning it on. The photos look grand but new photos do not come up in the queue right away. Grandkids enjoy sending photos to Grandma in a format she can see, however, so overall a good purchase.

This is my second Photoshare frame, the first is doing well, this one worked exactly one day before dying. It locked up twice and now will not even turn on. I called Photoshare customer service who advised me to return to the store. Otherwise, I loved this frame, as family was able to upload photos and videos. Purchased for family member in rehab.
