A: The button will flash red when its close to losing battery and an audio cue will alert you. After about 30-45 minutes of charging the light will switch to green. The light flashes blue when searching for a Bluetooth connection and switches to purple when a connection is established.

A: Hi, no they don't. One bluetooth connection at a time, with no possibility to switch from the headset. Actually sucks as mine connects to my laptop by default the I have to open my laptop, disconnect from bluetooth, in order to connect to my phone.
Q: Are these waterproof/ resistant... if i go running and it rains are they going to get ruined?
A: I’ve worn these in the shower and accidentally soaked one of the ear pads through my hair. While it will be soggy for a bit, I never lost sound quality and they air dried within the hour. I’m sure rain would be just fine, but bring a hood just in case!
A: They handle sweat well I use them the workout. They can get warm on the ear but fit good and stay in place
A: If your TV has bluetooth or a 3.5mm female "jack" then yes
