One of the shelf did not come with the proper hoes on it reached out to them send them photos still tried to say maybe I was confusing the shelf after finally send them more photos showing exactly the step on the book manual to they finally understood the shelf was send with the wrong hoes on it and finally agreed to replace the shelf it’s been about a month already and still have not recieved it I think the easier route for me should of just been to return the whole thing and purchasing a new one instead of trying the make it easier for them and asking for them to replace just the one shelf that was wrong

Shelves are loose fiting. Solid metal parts. Just needs to be tighter.
